TripIt: Trip Planner (No Ads)

I've used the free version for years. Pro version price point isn't worth it to me. The free version ads didn't bother me but this way I can reward the developer for a useful app. I still think removing flight status from the free version and making it pro only was a dumb move. Deducting one star for that but otherwise no complaints.

Since the new update, every time I power cycle my phone I have to log back into this app.

Just does what it says if it's not working then you may not be forwarding bookings to the tripit email address

Won't even let me create an account, always an error. Edit: The account creation with FB, G+ doesn't work properly and error message on creation is wrong. Won't change 1 start rating until I test the app and be amazed by it. I like things to work from the get go.

I had paid for this app as only trip it pro would allow me to check flight status. And it still does not allow me to do so. Please can this be sorted out or have my money back.

I've been trying to log in for 2 days and it won't work i can't even reset my password. I contacted support but no answer yet.

This is now my sole electronic travel organizer. I use the Pro version, and have never had a problem. Excellent software. I've been using it almost as long as it has been available.

Be careful this is not tripit pro. You still need to pay to have all the features. This only takes the ads away.

I love having all my various itineraries and side trips and even my notes and directions of how to get around all in one app that provides all my information even with no Internet connection. I use the paid (no ad) version, not the pro version.

Couldn't sign in using the app as others have found, it's a bit tired looking and I'm not sure it offers more than Google Now

Only seems to be able to merge multiple email accounts to monitor from the desktop version. Limited supported email suppliers. Even those that just rebrand gmail or yahoo mail are not supported. No way to 'rescan' mailboxes to find pre existing plans booked before Tripit was installed. Have to enter them manually.

All you travel docs in one place with constant updates and reminders to make sure you are up to date on lady minute changes. I could not imagine a trip without Tripit.

Can't allocate unfilled items without the app immediately stopping and restarting rpt rpt rpt

One of my favorite apps. Love being able to email booking confirmations to TripIt and have the details load straight to my itinerary.

I depend on tripit for all my travel, and love that it's connected to Concur!

Great app, makes travelling convenient. Could definitely do with a UX upgrade though.

Asks too many personal permissions why does it need access to photos for example I Bluetooth I have an installed it and I suggest you do the same Could you please explain, why do you need permissions to Contacts read your contacts find accounts on the device Photos/Media/Files modify or delete the contents of your USB storage read the contents of your USB storage Or atleast allow us to disable some of those permissions.

Sign in on Google account, Facebook account doesn't work! If you add any features, please check it before app will be published. Bugs: trip sorting, sharing state, etc.. this app is ONE BIG BUG!

Only seem interested in getting money out of me. Bought for 10p uninstalled IMMEDIATELY

Crashes every time I try to assign an unfiled item (email sent to TripIt address) to an existing trip. Have to log in on Chrome to do it. (Crash says "Sorry TripIt has closed" or something like that).

Still shows obnoxious "FIND GROUND TRANSPORTATION with Rome2Rio" ad under every day's itinerary. I literally have 3 ads on my home screen without even scrolling. This app is bull****, at the least let us opt out of the excessive Rome2Rio ads!

Thus does work but is very frustrating very quickly. Add something that isn't on the first day of the trip set the date and the end date is still the first day if the trip. Any software that isn't brain dead will set the and date to the start date in that case, but Trip It isn't that smart. So, add the air, the car rental and the hotel. Then you want to add directions from the airport to the hotel. Think you can place it, chronologically, between car rental and hotel? Think again. TripIt will place it first

Like a fair few other people I can't sign up...error that password is wrong. Pretty useless till this is fixed

Using Google or Facebook to sign up with does not work and states that the password is not strong enough

Love the way this app captures all relevant information and collates it together. I nearly died at the price but after four months travelling I have grown to love it. I just wish it would open my trip to today's date...... Instead of having to flick down through months of info, developers are you reading this...... PLEASE

I bought the no ads version of the app, so at least I'm not a complete freeloader.

Cannot do without as i travel

Had a few issues with this app at first but after support helped me everything is looking good.

Paid for the ad free version, and after 2 years, with app update, I have in one trip 16 ads "with Rome2Rio"! When I have contacted customer service, themes answer was that the invasive advertisement of "with Rome2Rio" is a new feature. What a bunch of ***
