Unable to launch at all. Keeps saying no internet connection which is not true.

Please add the ability to put individual talks, instead of entire sessions, on your program.

When I open it to use it, it has to first update. Takes a minute to get to 75%, then another five to finish. It can't find my program. It just quit. In about fifteen tries I have only succeeded once in getting any useful info.
