Vacation Rentals Owner App by TripAdvisor

I left a 2 star review but now lowering to a 1 start. I left a kind but bad review as the app wouldn't let me sign in even though my credentials were correct. The issue is still not fixed and they never responded. I hope they can figure this out quickly, as you guys can tell by the reviews, I'm not the only one with this issue. You would think the programmer would easily be able to fix this bug.

It's hard to imagine just how much time has been spent making an app quite as pointless as this. If your thing is repeatedly entering your log in details to be told they don't exist you are going to LOVE this. I mean seriously it is great! If you want to actually manage your account then Trip Advisor don't have an app for that. *slow clap*

This is one useless app can't even sign in Why can't they do like there other app and sign in with Google Wake up trip advisor

You can't include a URL to your house info pack or the email is blocked. You can't attach it either. When you reply to the blocking email, if bounces back. Infuriating.

Never used it before and the only option is to enter username and password. What username and password? So I cannot even get in to use this app. Worthless if you can't get in.

I have been trying to manage my business listing for 3 years and still . can't from Tripadvisors app, the original website email we registered with isn't active anymore and there is no override to continue on. Please help!

Very complicated and useless. No way to change the phone Number and why this app as long as we have the computer.

Sending message resulted in error message saying message not sent so I tried again and again only to find it had actually been sent 3 times! Very embarrassing when trying to present professional image!

You still haven't fixed the refresh problem. When I scroll right to the bottom of a page then try to scroll back up, the screen refreshes. Really annoying

There is a bug in the latest version which means that when you open it you see no messages and no calendar events. After a bit of switching between pages you get the correct content but then it loses it again. Quite frustrating.

Previously a good app but now completely useless. Rapidly losing any faith I had with TripAdvisor. Sort it out quickly please, people are trying to manage bookings with this app.

It says wrong username or password when i try to login using this app. But i can login using web browser with the same password and username input. Worst owner app.

You seriously want to call my business land phone number to verify my account before letting me in?? Think about it...when would a small business owner be able to check this type of platform while AT their land line? Please change this.

If there is a location issue with your property it is impossible to get this amended. This company is one of the most incompetent I had the displeasure in dealing with.

Fed up trying to communicate with a customer And kept asking me to install the app which I obviously have so can't recommend TripAdvisor owner app

Expedia bought everything out, so you have to deal with their pathetic poor interface and gouging commissions for doing virtually NOTHING!

The inbox screen text is all wavey? Completely unusable at present in Android. 5 star in IOS.

Went to open a new message it's jumping about can't seem to do anything!! Everything was ok until today?? What's going on?

Inbox inquiries flicker when I open them. Can't read or respond. Makes me have to wait until I can access my computer. Time is money. They need to get a good app to work.
