The app works fine. If you change phones you need to deactivate the authenticator in your account to successfully put it on your new phone. Make sure to type security questions exactly as you initially entered them and to immediately use the link sent to your email. As long as you know your secret questions and have access to your email you can deactivate the authenticator to move phones. You can then reactivate it once you log into your glyph account under security as long as you know your info.

Can't comprehend how stupid this is. All those 5-star reviews are definitely fake. There are tons of Trion games I wish to play but just can't because of this crap. Trion, you're hurting yourself by making things so complicated.

What with Trove out for ps4 and defiance now on iOS this app let's me play rift on my very own android device. All I need is to now hide under a bridge because you are mad at me for making this post.

Ever since I 'signed up to Glyph' I have not been able to log into trion or even RIFT! Fix your software!

Installed as I could not get confirmation email. This was an option recommended on the FAQ. Completely useless without confirmation email.

Like others have said, it's a bit of a challenge for those who have changed phones, but works well as long as you remember your account security questions.

What's the point, use the Google authenticator if you can't make a working one yourself.

Keeps saying I do not have network access when I do. Login and password confirmed.

I've been trying to download this app for two days. It will not download. Just fails to connect.

using my half dead samsung galaxy s3, i have managed to redownload the app and re-link the app to my account after not playing since rift originally came out, yes its obviously copying blizzards easy to defeat authenticator app but even so its fine, just, prepare to get annoyed and have to contact support at some point, as with every game company

The codes don't f**king work it p**ses me off

Impossible to recover account because I got a new device. Such a joke of an app no wonder their games fail so much!

Restore is broken. Hope to use standard authenticator (Google Authenticator, Authy) to replace this.

Ever code I put in says its the wrong code. Won't let me login, and takes up space. Made my account unusable.

It does it's job. Only problem I have is the widget is always running codes. It would be nicer if it was like Blizzard's where I tap to refresh and grab a code instead of always running.

It's a good thing I don't play your games anymore, because it seems like backup and restore is broken and I'm locked out. Oh well.

This app is a lousy attempt to copy blizzard's authenticate. It's full of bugs and it's name is wrong. Come on Trion, you can do better. Also, why the hell would you not just rename it to glyph authenticator?

If you played rift years ago and now you have a diffrent phone and want to play a diffrent trion game don't even bother. You won't be able to do that.

I change my phones every 6 months, haven't played in 1+ years, emailed support because the authentication locked my account and kicked me out of it on 1st login. they gave me the runaround and said the account was not mine after i emailed them a picture of the original box serial key + my drivers licence and credit card all together, that are associated to my email. All this info isnt enough to fix my account/login - so obviously they want me to play a different game. It's easier for me to buy a gun than it is to recover a 20$ (now free to play) account. Screw you Trion, Seriously.

Had to reinstall for a new phone, going through the process to re-sync my account to the app isn't working so I've had to go through a lengthy process to remove the authenticator completely. Now I can't add a new one!

Terrible. Haven't played for just over a year. Had this authenticator loaded on a previous phone which I upgraded. Now can't access the game and the secret question tells me I'm wrong!?! I'm pretty sure I know where I was born Trion! Sort it out and give me my account back.

If the codes doesn't work on the launcher, try using it to login from the website, then login with launcher.

Restore lost serial and answering secret questions crashes the app!!! I cant play now. Good one trion. And since when do i need this to play archeage? It was meant to be for rift only

Can't get the serial, I just tried to submit my authentication code to my mail either and didn't work. I couldn't play because of this problem.

I installed the app and attempted to add it to my account. Seventeen times. (I LOVE me some Captcha, btw!). The authenticator page would not accept either the randomly generated key or my secret answers. It's hard to tell because all the error would say is: "Answer(s) not correct". I may be off base here, but it should be simple to add security to your account and difficult to break that security. Not the other way around.

You are the worst game company ever! You can really fun the simplest things! Hope you crash and burn with your latest AA failure! You don't deserve to be in business!

Can't you just send a verification to my email. I completely hated glyph for this, I have deleted it because of this stupid system. Don't need this crap taking up space on my phone. Good day.
