I got to the birth date entry and uninstalled the app. I'm not swiping for 10min to find my date.

I'll consider doing it when they fix the birthday thing. That is ridiculous

No one ever responded after I started the app. Kinda creepy. Nice concept idea but the app did nothing after the introduction

This has been extremely helpful in having support. Therapists are good once a week but this is great for those late night urges and need to talk then out. I would absolutely recommend this. And it works great with my Android

I have a hard time going out with out wanting to drink. This helps me plan and be accountable

So I subscribed to the app for 20+ days, today was 23 days I'm pretty sure, anyways simply put after several indications they admitted that your primary mentor "Taylor" in my case can be her or any other backup mentor. They lied and mislead me because not only does the text messages come in listed as Taylor is speaking, when really it could be anyone. This is very obvious and caught several times when "Taylor" asked repeat questions that I answered less than 3 hours ago. Also conversions were great and effective and other times it was dead...seemed like "Taylor" was a completely different person (oh yeah cuz it was a different person. When I inquired about it I was lied too and mislead with "off game days" "distracted" & "phone glitches" instead of the truth. Some advice if "Taylor" is speaking with me then I expect it say Taylor. If "Ben" chimes in I expect it to say Ben. Honesty is huge in recovery. Despite Triggr's intentions you entirely ruined my faith in assisting me. BTW if you expect the participant to open up and be honest and personal, the mentor should be able and willing to share a pic or some other personal/contact info to really establish some trust and an honest relationship. 2 of 5 stars for a full refund was given as promised ???? great idea and potential ???? however very very poorly designed and carried out atm ????

So, I decided to use this app to help with decision making around drinking. The app counselors are amazing, super kind and supportive. I will use it again when the occasion arises. I've had it for the months. The cost of using it for a month is only slightly more than my copay for a counseling appointment. With daily contact and support. It's an unbeatable value, very versatile, and very helpful in making someone feel cared for when they are under extreme stress! I'll do it again.

I love this app. I love the format, i love how cool my supporter is. I am very glad i made this my birthday gift. I love the 24/7 accessibility. I love tracking my progress and having someone to help me hold myself accountable, but without judgement. I've told all my close friends about this app, and everyone thinks its awesome. Thank you!

I thought this was a silly idea. I was wrong. This app and the people behind it are amazing. I thought that I couldn't, I thought that I wouldn't, but I didn't ever ask for a second opinion! This is an amazing service that has been a wonderful experience so far. I signed up 5 days ago, I'm feeling great about it, and I've still got two days to decide! It probably sounds like I'm getting paid for this, but no, I'm not. I've built a personal relationship so quickly with everyone here that I just felt like I had to tell it from the hilltops :D

I truly appreciate that there is someone on my side when I am fighting the urge to give into a craving. And it really has helped to learn to ride the craving out for what it is. Just accept it and move on until it subsides.

This app is awesome. You can reach out to real people anytime and they answer pretty quickly. I've been in multiple situations where I just talked to someone on here when I was struggling and it helped a lot. The "At-Risk" locations is a cool feature too. Overall, a really great app that has been crucial in my sobriety.

As much as meeting are staying communicated this is also but it's with those brothers and sisters you spent so much of your struggles with more personal in my opinion thx Cedar
