Doing apps for kids requires great deal of knowledge on child development, it goes far beyond great animations and graphics. The most important is understanding what works for kids, seeing the world with their eyes. developers now need experienced educational advisors to work with to turn any app into a child friendly educational experience. Long texts and reading never work with kids , because of this, for my son it was a 1-minute app before an uninstall even though he simply loved the movie.
