DRIVE TRIDE

Well...downloaded ap, applied to drive...never heard a word (no "yes", or "no"...no nothing). So went to their website and sent them a message, still never heard a word. Driving for another rideshare instead (still). Guy I picked up a couple days ago said he requested a ride with Tride and waited 30 mins...never heard anything. So he requested through Lyft...i was there in 5 mins.

Absolutely terrible company. They're ripped off drivers left and right and treated them horribly. They have no idea what customer service is. Avoid this company at all costs.

App is flawed, GPS does not work right, signup process is flawed, and have not been paid in 3 weeks. Don't signup ita not worth it.

The App needs to be updated bad. The app needs to have a navigation after you pick the rider up letting you know where they are going instead of the rider telling you every turn to make and how to get where they are going, especially if the riders been drinking. Other improvements significantly need to be made. Basically it's a horrible app, for the driver any way..

Love driving for Tride! App is easy to use. Awesome driver support!! Definitely better than Uber or Lyft.

This rideshare app is the best yet. Has everything like tipping, instant pickup or scheduling. The company is very responsive. This is the future of rideshare.

This company does away with surge prices that companies like Uber have. I don't have to worry about overpaying when I'm drunk on weekends anymore (thank God)!
