Aakash iTutor: NEET & IIT-JEE

How can they do this!!! We take admission for the classroom program and pay heavy fees and the say you have to come to the centre for watching itutor. MAHESH TUTORIALS ROBOMATE IS FREE FOR ALL THEIR STUDENTS

The content is alright, nothing wrong with it. However, whenever I close the app, and then reopen it, the app says that my package has expired. And seeing other reviews, this is, apparently, a major problem. Also, this app only offers me 24 hours, even though I am an Aakash student. Overall, it's just an average app. 2.5 stars

I am not able to access the app. As soon as I open it I get a ' Your Package has expired. Please contact aakash support for further assistance'. Please rectify the matter immediately. Thank you

One of the worst learning app. After the first use it shows package expired message even when you made a purchase or you are a Aakash student. Even after sending a request mail, I am damn sure you will not get any reply from them.

After first use it shows that "your package is expired" REALLY AAKASH this type of service you are giving to your regular class students...

The classes are awesome . but I am unable to access the test series even though I bought the entire pack along with the aakash lenovo tab. I subscribed for the 2 year NEET with math course and I am in class 11. Please help me with the issue.

I don't really know what to say it's a good app and I like it.. I think there's still scope for improvement and the user interface can be developed more that would make the app easier to use.. but I would like to add that the study material and lectures are very good.. the feature of taking down notes is also impressive.. I thank the makers for this great app.

The expert faculty classes are great. But the app is developed poorly. It lags too much. Too slow. Doesn't stream videos properly even if you've a around 1mbps speed. Please improve this things.

The problem of 'your session has expired' has ended and it has ended all the troubles i was facing. All in all an excellent app.

Very great explanation. Also the examples taken help us to understand the topic. If it can be used without the requirement of Internet connection then it would have been awesome.

Full of content is very very nice but notes should be provided in a printed format to students which the the students of classroom program get please provide the printed notes please please please please please please please please then Akash I tutor will be the best app in the world study of students if this is done this then I will rate six or 7 starts for I tutor if it can be possible

It's the best app to study whatever topic you wanna study and ask your queries from experts The only problem is that you can ask a single ques per day earlier it was 2 ques per day please make it two again that's it other than that it's a perfect app

Best study app ever made....u can get India's best coaching at your home..I m using medical stream chemistry nd bio z superb physics one teacher teaches superb BT nly few topics nd d other one teaches almost 95% topics bt his teaching z worst and a waste of tym.....botany z bst...I gv it 4 stars nly cz f physics or else 5star app...

Its a great app for iit jee preparation. It has videos ,online mock tests for each chapter and experts for doubts too.

I really lv it, it awsm fr clarifying doubts, and to recover the missed lectures. But i think tht video quality shld be better. Otherwise its awsm

If you download this app , then you will ruin your time (precious). This worst app.

I am a dlp student and the app is showing package expired on the next day of log in. I had uninstalled the app and reinstalled it and tried but the same thing happens again and again.

Why does the answers we fill , disappears after we return on that question again, on the app for tests? I filled almost 50 questions afterwards when I tried to check it back, I saw all the answers have disappeared. Why does this app always have problems in every field let it be itutor, test series anything.

This app will not be helpful for those people who are not having ID and password of aakash. I m student of aakash so interestingly enjoying this app.

It's saying that "Your package has expired.Contact Aakash support for assistance"... even if I reopen after a few minutes Please help me.. I need it early..

There is a bug in percentage of chapter completed . Please fix that . It's quite motivating to see that circle fill .For some reason is shows 76% when I had seen only 2 videos out of 18

Great app.... Hepls a lot... Content and method is also good. It will be best if this app includes general knowledge tutorials too.

Its a useless app lots of bugs don't download such an app. U r wasting ur. Time and interner connection.

There are hell lot of problems associated with this app....it's too slow and if you add a video offline,you will have to wait for a day regardless of the internet speed...Please improve it...

Very commercial... No free videos... No free notes..... No solutions for tests..... I really hated it.......byjus app is better than this app.... Toppr app is also best....

Actually it's very helpful....they cover the whole ncert step by step..!! But more problems have to be discussed in physics.

The videos are helpful. Particularly to go through any particular part u didnt understand in the class.

The video lectures shud also hav an option to forward for 10 sec when double clik like in youtube app as if we want not to see some moments that are wasting time like for eg writing a topic of any subject. And something else. The app also works slow and hangs sometimes

I am an aakash student and I have gotten the Aakash login ID for itutor app use but it's not working after one time use.It displays our package have expired. This is very disappointing.

This kind of useless app is ever logged out and its not a good app for yourself...

It's an useful app in our education and has various special features. But it is little slow for loading

It's making me annoyed every tym I open it...the course is shown to b expired..... I m facing this prblm inspite of being an aakashian... I mailed the aakash apps support but in vain...they didn't responded...

I am an Akashian. The full videos are not available. Please fix the problem at the earliest so that I can access the full video lectures on the subjects I am facing problem in.

If the screen times out a message called your package has expired appears. We have to download and delete the whole app again to restart

Sir i am presentely student of Aakash in RM batch (12th pass out medical) but i can't able to acess all the videos except class 12th

When u take lessons and u forward the part u know already ... it gets stuck saying chk ur connection....n i hv to watch the enyire video again....this happens even when u pause the video fr long

TROUBLESHOOTING If anybody is facing issues-Expired Package.... First you must set your date and time correct...Ensure that app is not running in background...Then Go to Application Settings of the app....Press"Clear Cache"... The Clear Cache works for "REPORT ISSUSE" message also...If it doesn't work try again and again... Don't wait for Aakash Technicians... AND I DESERVE A LIKE....
