There's been a lot of work put into this app, particularly in the Knowledge section. I've got some great tools from this. I'm also grateful too as my sister can't practice mindfulness but she has benefited just from reading the facts about thoughts. Thank you
I am a disabled army combat veteran who suffers from ptsd. I have been in a mindfulness group for a few weeks and have found it very helpful. This app has also helped me too. I enjoyed it so much i got the paid version. It is very well done and very easy to use and understand.
If it is not free, say so! Say in_apps purchase like others. Dont let us waste our bandwidth and time. Cheater and useless App!
Having been suffering with bpd I know mindfulness is a key part of helping me manage my condition. This simple to use app is proving invaluable. I am definitely purchasing the full app as both me and my husband can see the effects after I have used it. I can't rate this enough.

This a lovely app it has information and is nicely set out and it works I mean the app works and so does the meditation so much so I'm thinking of purchasing it to get the other meditations and doing sime with my children good job and thanks I will share this on my Facebook page @crystalserenity2006

I love this app!! :) The guided meditations are incredibly helpful and easy to use in my daily life. I'm learning a lot too! I will definitely subscribe to the full version.
Myself and my husband use the app as we both suffer with anxiety we also have children with variou traits of autism and helps us to help them so thank you very much for sharing.
I haven't tried any of the exercises yet, but the app is so beautifully crafted I had to comment.
I enjoyed the ease of use, the pace and voice in this app. The extra knowlege sections were super informative.
Why do so many guided meditations insist on having horrible painful bell noises?
Upgrade the app then only we will purchase it.. who will take trouble to login n pay?? Huh..
The narrator hasn't quite got the voice for this. The accent is authoritarian and the tempo is too fast, there is not enough reflection and tone coming across
Good informative helpful. The guided meditation let me experience something I have never experienced in meditation before. This was on the first one I did. I'm hooked already.
Payware - too many qualified teachers already giving out free courses with thousands of hours. there's no need for this app.

This app is so clean, so calming and so... Genuine. I can read in your texts you're passionate about this wonderful thing called mindfulness, which brings peace to the people trying it out for the first time, people with a frazzled mind. You feel welcome. I really liked the exercises, the thorough information- I'm very pleased to read more will be coming soon. It's very promising and exciting. I have one suggestion though (if you aren't going to include it already) maybe an exercise for nighttime or bedtime

It has been my ongoing search to establish a ritual of mindful breathwork. I know that without supports or gentle guidance, I will not create a daily practice of awareness of the body and the breath for myself. I am grateful for the support that this beautiful app provides.
I'm loving learning about mindfulness with this app. So much so that I've paid for the full version, however, I've read through the knowledge section and it suggests some guided meditations that I haven't got.

I've only gotten through the knowledge part so far. I appreciate the perspective of looking at our inner world as separate from our external world. It allows me to accept ideas/advice, such as accepting (instead of fighting) negative inner experiences, without coming up against my refusal for accepting negative external stimuli/events. That may sound simple to some, but I find it difficult to separate inner and outer world. This app helps me practice this concept.
