The fundamental reason to use this online app is to upload receipts, that the company frequently asks for. This capability is not present, which is shocking. I am removing the app now

I went to the eye doctor this am, paid for service, used the app to start a claim, took a picture of the receipt and uploaded. Done! All before I even started the car.

I only downloaded so I could upload my receipts (which I used to be able to do through the website). There is no option to upload or take pics of a receipt. I will be deleting the app now. Thank you.

Cumbersome to use, needs better layout, errors often. Much more difficult to use than my previous provider of this type of service. 2 stars is being kind, but it is the best way to upload receipts. One caution:much easier to do most of the claim on a real computer but then I was unable to use this app to append the photo - seems like something I should be able to do. PLEASE fix this app.

I like using this app to manage my TRI-AD Health Care and Dependent Care FSA accounts, because I can take a picture of my receipts and add them with my claim for reimbursement. I was already registered on TRI-AD's website, so I was able to access my account on my phone using the app.

I have a flexible spending account with TRI-AD, so I downloaded this app. It gives me real time access to my spending account, and I can file a claim right on the app. I can take a picture of the receipt and that is that. I get reimbursed into my bank account in a day or so. I love it. Oh, but be advised, you have to register as a user on the TRI-AD website in order to be able to access the app.
