No delete function, no cancel subs function

It is difficult to stop a subscription. There is supposed to be a cancellation selection. I can't find it

Trying to read on a 12" Galaxy Tab. Shouldn't have problem, right? Wrong. The text jumps all over the place when I swipe as instructed. Can't get to the end of one section without the damn thing jumping to the next. Makes concentrating on the text impossible. I just made my first and last magazine purchase on this app.

I downloaded a new magazine last night, only to find that It was not on the tablet. Worse still, all the other mags I bought from them have been wiped from my tablet. I had trouble with this compny before, they did not bother to reply to my email. They didn't reply to my wife's email when she had trouble. I sent a request for a new password today. A popup said they would email a reset link, it never came. I DO NOT recommend the app or the company. Good luck if you use them.

Initially, I registered for the app on desktop with a voucher code for a year long subscription. When I went to download the app for my android tablet, I found my account was not linked to any email. Support suggested I register for a new account. After registering for the new account, but not yet having my subscription transfered over, support stopped communicating with me. Now, I have forfeit my subscription (tied to the old account), and I cannot have it transfered over to my new account. Emags seem like a great idea, but with such horrendous oversight (and glitchy at best functionality) I can't stress enough how much of a ripoff this app is.

Tried to buy a magazine while board at an airport on a galaxy S7 perfect wifi no way to login ir get help have asked for refund will post response apparantly i "waived my rights" around internet purchases because it was "available for immediate download"

Doesn't work on Samsung S6 or samsung tablet all I get is blank white screen Useless

After a blip yesterday, when all my magazines disappeared, everything is back again today and working fine. Phew

It stopped working a few months ago. It looks like it's downloading but a few pages are always scrambled. I stopped 2 subscriptions but am still left with 2. Completely wasted. Don't use this app.

WHY HAS POCKETMAGS DUPLICATED THIS WEEKS WHATS ON TV MAGAZINE NEXT WEEKS ISSUE IS NOW MISSING SO NO TV GUIDE FOR NEXT WEEK NOW DESPITE HAVING PAID FOR IT VIA A FULL YEARS SUBSCRIPTION. started off as very good app that i gave a 5 star rating pocketmags have now started to try and rip people off on individual magazine prices with many digital magazines being priced higher than the actual physical paper copy magazine in the shops i thought the objectives of digital magazine's was to cut prices as publishers saved money on ink and paper but it seems that pocketmags has another agenda in hiking up all of the individual magazine prices like back issues ect to try and pressure customers to take out subscriptions which i do as well as i always have 4 or 5 subscriptions running each year but i cannot afford anymore than that so i like to buy or should i say that i used to like buying individual digital back issues of magazines i do not have a subscription to but with but all of the very greedy price hikes have made that out of the question now so it isn't working as your not pressuring customers into buying a subscription your just stopping and eliminating the trade that was once there but with the greedy prices hikes with certain digital magazines costing upto £2 or £3 more than the actual physical paper magazine cover price in the shops do the publishers know that pocketmags are driving customers away in their droves with monetary greed thus destroying the once popular back issue customer trade this policy is why i have downgraded this app down to 3 stars as pocketmags and or publishers not have been so greedy for money it would have kept it's 5 star rating that i once gave it if magazines are priced higher than shop prices i just don't want to buy them as there is absolutely no way that a digital magazine should cost upto £2 or £3 more than the physical paper copy of the magazine in the shops.

Absolute rubbish. Won't load half the pages. Won't save to external memory. Sometimes downloads a blurry image. Only cure is to delete and renown load app constantly.

Love this app!!!! It allows me to download my favorite British magazines at an incredible savings from the actual magazine and now I always have every issue with all the time! I really like that it keeps track of my subscriptions and let's me know when the next issue is going to be delivered!

Love the magazine's but I always have problems downloading the magazine's.Still have BIG problems downloading magazines.It's about time this problem was fixed.

Download mag issues, i waste my money cuz this app does not down load new mags,

I've paid to Google £14.99.and the actual pocket mags £14.99 ...why have I paid twice ????

Unable to view the magazines on my ASUS tablet and tried for months to fix it. The app does work on my iphone and it is too small to view so I put the same app on my ASUS tablet and still trying view the mags.

Paid twice for an issue and vendor claims to be unable to rectify. Poor customer service. I emailed and gave u a chance to rectify problem but a satisfactory result was not achieved i have since cancelled subscription

Company explained odd billing pattern. The app is nice to view lower cost magazines.

Subscriptions bought through website, so no comment on the purchase functionality, but app works well for reading, and initial problem was quickly resolved

It keeps crashing. I'm using the newest version of stock Android in January 2017.

Setting to 'save to sd' doesn't work, meaning that the issues have to be re-downloaded each time, or take up internal memory.

Looks like the development has improved they must run it various tablets now a lot faster

It does crash a lot. Today it's when I view magazines on my device. I report it but it's never resolved.

It has challenges connecting and downloading from time to time. Sony z2 tablet.

Thought I'd just check out the app before I purchased a subscription I was eying off. Turns out I can't even create an account. As I scroll through the interface it appears as if I am in my account, but I'm not, so had I made the choice to purchase a subscription I am suspicious that I would have had access or even recourse given that their faqs page brings up an error message. They don't seem too competent.

Just tried to buy a magazine. Money has gone out of my bank, but got error message and nothing in the library. WTF?

Never had a problem using this app - no download problems, no payment problems, no account problems. Haven't bought a paper mag for months now. Love it, good work.

Nice selection of publications, however the android app is severely broken. For the past 3 months I cannot download any issues to my device.

After subscription via pc and different email account, I can't read my magazine. Can't change email account within app. So basic functionality that I can't trust you, removing it.

After update, problem solved for my samsung tab, thank you, but still cannot download on my HTC..

Previous update resulted in not being I able to read any magazines anymore, but was promptly fixed to their credit

When you buy an electronic book or magazine, normally you are allowed to download it for offline reading. Pocketmags only allows direct online reading with an internet connection: there is no option to download anything like a PDF or other document file for offline reading from your PC or smartphone.

My hornby magazine is paid up to 28 march 2017 but it says expired on the app. Have emailed the helpdesk 5 times for over a week and it is still not fixed, very dissapointed.

After having problems with previous version I want to thank you the support from the app producer as the newest version 4.14.2 works again for me :)

After a week of disruption, the Pocketmags App running on Samsung devices is now working correctly.

Works perfectly on my Nexus 5x, fast, without any hitches and lots of functionality. Much better than any competitor apps. The best of the bunch!
