The free trial included with all subscriptions includes the download of the latest issue and any issues released during your free trial period. With a subscription, future issues will automatically be added to your account on their release date. Since recent update, I'm no longer able to retrieve any past purchased issues and only have the option to BUY current issues even though I have paid for a YEARLY SUBSCRIPTION !. This is happening on both my Note 8 & Galaxy S3 devices, in settings is says my account is linked to the device, so I assume i'm logged in as there's no longer a manual way to login into your account, this is highly frustrating and needs to be fixed!!.
