Installed just to piss `em off .thanx for creating this app

I purchased the app. Due to at&t recently after a update of the LG Optimus G Pro star turning on the GPS location after changes in they're privacy data policies. Even when you turn it off while making a call or waking up the device it will turn it on again. After contacting at&t they play dumb. But several users of the phone in at&t are reporting same issue over XDA forum. I purchased the app and follow the procedure. But did not remove the Carrier Iq. I email the developer but so far no answer.

Ran the removal tools several times, then ran the scans again, it said no loggers or CIQ found, rebooted & reran the scans both loggers & CIQ found again. Tried it three times & still no go... :/

Emailed almost a year ago per the instructions. Nothing on return. Still cannot get it to work. I followed the directions exactly, installed all the other stuff, no go. Don't waste your time or money. Buy a candy bar instead.

App is now okay. Back to normal

Treve cashed in on the CIQ fear, pushed a few updates, and vanished. Years since beta 14.5 came out. Don't buy this, its abandonware.

This app works if you know what your doing!! Your phone MUST BE ROOTED FIRST! It will get rid of CIQ and loggers too!! Learn how to use the app before you start crying about it !! - Micha J W

Great app. Didn't remove Carrier IQ from my Kyocera Echo (2.3.4). But since I can read and think, using Root Explorer helped me remove it easily.

Works great, between this and my ad blocker there's no data going out that i don't want.

On my t-mobile gs2. i was worried that it took so long and was close to stopping the app but it pulled through. money well spent.

US Cellular claims they don't have ciq loaded on any of their devices. It was on my HTC Hero S until this app. Thanks TrevE

I was happy when I brought it but said when I got the error message. Garbage!!!!!!

Downloaded v9 from xda. It worked very well. Verified with Voodoo Carrier IQ detector and Anti Carrier IQ that IQ is gone! Worth the .99 cents! EVO 4G

Great work cleared the few spys I had. Need more devs keeping them in check.

If you have antivirus software on your phone, this app WILL come up as "threat" or a "virus" only because of it's clearance for root privileges. Don't bother Trev with stupid emails to him complaining about it. He knows, and this app IS NOT a threat, or a virus. Trust me, he doesn't care about what you have to hide.

I detest all the snooping apps and carriers do... This helps block the snoops. Great tool! Looks more complicated than it is. Development. Should consider revamping/simplifying gui.

Thanks for a really useful app. If you care about privacy at all then this app is for you. I succesfully removed CarrierIQ from my Samsung phone with a single click. The app also helps you opt out of many ad services that many apps use. Definitely worth a dollar. I just wish I had a log of all changes that the application made. Hope that will be in a future version.

I have BOTH apps installed,(just to be clear). However, after installing pro key, it just prompts me to purchase the key in the market.

Carrier IQ is some kind of "spyware" randomly preinstalled in millions of cellphones without the carriers telling their costumers. Why? They don't really say. This app can help you block these malicious files. Get informed!

Optimus g pro. Rooted

Avast recently found it as PUP I've sent an email to the dev but no response yet. Dont know if false positive or should be worried. Had the app for a long time with no issues. Thinkin of uninstalling and ask for refund but would rather keep.
