It's a great app but it always crashes when I want to upload a photo and it takes forever to upload. I can't even view my profile. Please help

Tress has been super awesome. I don't forget to tell my numerous facebook friends about it. It basically solves all my hair problems and doesn't eat up my data. Lol. Pictures load perfectly and the UI is just superb. I love love love tress and what it stands for.

It doesnt even go past sign in... keeps loading forever

Keep up the good work! One recommendation I would have is to add a info section on the profile page.

My hair type is natural the app keeps saving it as relaxed. Please fix the bug, it doesn't live up to it's reputation if I'm getting the opposite styles. Is anyone else having issues like that?

I tried logging in and each time something is incorrect. I keep on trying Bt still. Just can't access the page. Like it asks u ur username or email address.i do that and it keeps telling me it's wrong.

I can't connect to the app using all the available means provided.

I do my hair styles and wen posting it u ask for saloon location wen I enter the location u again say I should select from the list which is not even appearing and worst of all it doesn't even give u options

I get confused as the kind of hair style to choice

It's good, don't get me wrong. But in order to post pictures, it asks for a lot of extra information that, as a natural that does my hair for almost nothing, is excessive. The setup for posting isn't the most user friendly at the moment. Look forward to it getting better with time.

I like the app it definitely does what it says it does.

Ive just installed the app after hearing about it somewhere on Facebook. It tells me the app has stopped working each time I try to add a pic . Hopefully u fix that soon

App will not open at all. Gives app keeps closing error.

After reading an article about this app across my Google app feed, I decided to give it a try. I understand that it is a new app. I have the galaxy s7 on Verizon. The posts take longer than normal to show. I tried to upload a picture and it wouldn't post. The first time I opened the app, it crashed. My profile picture is sideways when the picture isn't. There are some things that need to be fixed. Other than that, I really like the tips and Q&A that it provides. It is like an one stop shop for newly naturals such as myself and every other caliber of hair that women of color may have (relaxed, locs, texlaxed, etc.) I like how the community seems really positive. I would like to see more women in the U.S. Tress is off to a good start and I believe it's going to make it to the top with consistent work and updating.

I love the app so far. I know you guys are still growing and I'm patient. My concern, however, is posting pics. Why are they coming up sideways?

The application broke when I tried to sign up with an email address twice. I was able to log on with Facebook but the app breaks before I get through the 4 swipe tutorial / onboarding screens. Ironically I couldn't provide direct feedback either because I couldn't submit the comment to Google. I saw an article about this app and I immediately downloaded it because it's a brilliant idea and I need hair inspiration. Please fix the login bugs and I'll be a happy user!
