Signed up via app and was dumped in a premium trial. You can NOT choose which trial option you want signing up via app. Support said I'd have to pay to have a trial for the option I wanted. I only had the trial for a day. This is awful. I used the link and signed up for the Solo trial online and provided my credit card. I get welcome email but I wasn't asked to create a password. Therefore, I still can't do the trial. No response from email support. Twitter support wouldn't respond anymore. After a day has gone by, I get an email to complete my account by creating a password and accepting terms. This should be explained on the website that this is your process. I hope this helps the next person, so they understand what you must endure for a trial to see if you want to switch.

I use a range of cloud encrypted file services both bespoke and well known. Tresorit has been a fantastic choice which works brilliantly for my most sensitive and large file storage and access. It is much quicker and simpler than - say - SpiderOak and provides an EU based encrypted service which ticks necessary boxes for a UK based user

One of the few online file sync apps that actually takes privacy and security seriously. Love it!

Tresorit provides an excellent interface to access the cloud computing space. Superb tool.

Yesterday Updated the app and open and run it. But the passcode feature is not working. Went to setting and it is turned on but when tried to change it prompted for current code but bot accepting the current code. This code I was using for long time but it is not acceptimg thos code and I am unable to enable the code and the app opens wotout asking the passcode. Please advice how to enable it.

Unable to edit markdown files. Which are just text files with different file extension. Reported a year ago and still broken. For $600/year I expected better.

Great option if the security of your data is important, and having access to previous versions of the files is very useful (paid version only I think). I use it to sync data between my Linux desktops (home and office) and my Android phone since about two years and I'm fully satisfied. Having my data securely backed up online brings peace of mind.

This app would be an amazing replacement for Google photos if only the folders displayed images larger - not easy to see which is which. Good app though!

Outstanding security, easy to use, and ensures secure collaboration on any file type with any device. Tresorit is zero knowledge encryption as compared to many others that are zero trust since the vendor has the decryption keys. You get what you pay for with Tresorit... Quality, security, flexibility, ease of use, and RELIABILITY.

Latest version just flashes screen and then crashes.

Always room for improvement, but I've been very pleased with Tresorit over the two years or so I've been using the service on desktop as well as phone.

If my free trail get expired means then what will be be the amount of storage will available for me..?

Great, but lacks a dark theme and moving files around from one tresor to another is not easy.

Great app, highly secure, simply works and works simply.

Secure storage of documents and easy to use

The main downside with this is the inability to upload a folder structure with all the files. Folder upload only uploads the folder and files within it. Subfolders are dangerously ommited. Saying that competing apps are worse and offer no folders copying functionality whatsoever.

The latest update added a sound to every file upload when the camera upload is on. So annoying. Is there any way to turn it off?

Nice simple app, which does the job. Only issue I have is the camera uploads don't happen in the background. I have to open the app before photos are uploaded.

Better than google drive. But tresorit only offer 1GB of free use... But security is my top priority, that's why I always use tresorit .. Now I know 'I AM ON THE SECURE HANDS' I highly recommend this app for those who have security is your top priority.... Happy tresoriting ????????

The app is great except missing cameraupload you cannot select upload on dataplan but not while roaming add this feature and you get your 5 stats :)

Top Notch App for Encryption. When it comes to privacy, Dropbox tends to be a joke next to this privacy oriented storage app. Customer service is honest, straightforward, and most importantly effective resolving any issues. Thanks.

Seems great BUT Upload only WiFi seems not to work perfectly. If you uploading using WiFi and then go out of range and change to regular data, the upload continues and doesn't stop. This led to major data usage. Also major issue, app keeps timing out or doesn't stay on for too long if it is in the background (while using another app) This means large uploads are tedious and sometimes take way too long, cause I keep having to switch on the app again. Thank you

Very convenient and easy-to-use. Appreciate automatic upload of photos and videos to Tresorit's secure cloud. This makes it easy to share files securely across all of my devices.

Camera upload is unusable. The application hangs when it tries to upload and gets stuck on the first photo and progresses at a rate of something like 1 photo after a few hours. Then it doesn't upload the next photos in the queue.

One of the worst cloud storages. Could not even upload a 15mb video

Works well, no crashing. Use with android and Linux based computers. Backups very easy and hassle free.

Lame. Will NOT allow me to export over 4g. Requires the use of Wifi. No way to override for those of us on unlimited plans or willing to pay the fees. It simply FORCES the use of Wifi.

I really like this service! Thank you for this. Only the app could be a bit better. The display of files is sometimes flaky. Image thumbnails are only shown for some image file types. And I really miss real syncing! The local files are not kept in sync. And an option to add custom local filesystem folders to be synced like in the desktop app would be really great. Please :)

Used to work well but... Now, after editing a file, it prompts for a local folder instead of using the file in Tresorit. And it seems to be impossible to upload a new file.
