Relaxing Rain HD

Bad: Will not run in background, stops when phone screen is turned off, unable to use as sleep aid. Please fix this. Good: Free, no ads, no in-app purchases, no special permissions needed.

Why the video? And why is there 30 seconds of silence after it starts playing? And how do I get this to play whilst I do other things on my phone? I need this in the office to drown out office noises and keep me soothed whilst I work. And I can't get the settings button to do anything. The sound loops cleanly though, which is nice as other apps seem totally unable to achieve this.
