Actually I really like this app on my other devices. But I installed it on my car android system and I cannot sign in because the password box is below my screen and I have no way to be able to scroll down. I would really love to be able to fix this.

Had the PC version for a while... just saw the "get on your phone" thing.. would have been GREAT if it transferred all my already stored passwords... but it didn't :( Then on the 2nd password I went to manually enter I typed the web address wrong and there is NO WAY to edit it?!?!?! Prolly won't really use it :(

Install and go to the login to use my details I have for main on pc and keeps closing this has been happening a lot lately and the main reason I got 2 x trend micro is so I can use on my phone as well as my wife's to keep eye on online accounts as way more secure and easier to use 1 logging for all our accounts. But I just can't get the annoying thing to work , I keep having to uninstall and reinstall to see if I can get to work, I have not changed anything on phone to affect the app. Please help.

This is a fantastic app overall, but the latest release (Feb 2017) drains my android battery very quickly. Close the app down when you're done!

Upgrading my Tab A to Marshmallow has caused it to say it has stopped working even after repeated re installations. This is not good enougn Trend. I have used Trend products for many years, just not good enogh

Computer version won't update, tried 5 times but to no avail, will contact Trend. Well since posting my last review, which I will leave for others to read - I've received a reply, YAY! THANKS TREND. Changing my review but not 5 stars yet as I need to see what happens first. MY 1ST REVIEW: - With this app Kept stopping but now doesn't work at all. It's not a cheap application so yeah, go figure. Do they EVER read this feedback from paying customers??

This is a great utility on my PC but I am unable to enter my Master Password. Using either the soft keyboard or a BT connected external KB, the correct pw is entered and shows in the input box ******* but is not accepted by the app. Very annoying as it is great on PC.

I entered in a password and then wanted to change the website address but it wouldn't let me. The only way I could work out to fix it was to delete the record and enter it again. Info about app is misleading. Says it is free, but doesn't tell you that you can only store 5 passwords before you have to buy it.

8.7.2015 - I can now log in, but it prompts me now to log into Trend Micro security with email and password, Only THEN dies it take me to the Password Manager master password. Is this for extra security, cuz it certainly doesn't require this on my PC. It's more of a pain in the derrière...

I'm having loads of issues, the main one being that this app rarely successfully opens. Not being able to get at my stuff is a real pain. I've been talking with trend help but so far they have been unable to fix this issue.

The recent update has made this app unusable. I get messages every 15 mins telling me the app has stopped working regardless of if it is open or not. I can't get into the app to access any of my passwords. Fix it or roll back to the previous version.

Had issues with the last update. all you need to do is Uninstall it and re-install and it will fix most of your login issues.

The new updates now work great on my computer...but not so great on my cell phone. I don't like a password manager program that I can't logout when finished using. On the screen shots they show on here...when you're on the third screen and ready to logout, there's no link anywhere to logout...and you can't get back to the second screen to click on your name to logout. When there's a logout link on the third screen to logout, I'll give it a 5 star rating.

Good but not so secure does not have a second layer of security anyone who get hold of your password can log in from anywhere without you knowing.
