This has totally changed the way I work. It took me a while to set up how I like it, but it's great having an app available on Android, Mac, PC, even a Chrome plugin, so that I can set it rolling in a meeting and make notes which are linked to specific moments in the recording - and then head to my office where all the notes will have synced onto my desktop computer so I can type notes at my desk and never miss a thing. I wish I'd had this app years ago, it's saved me hours of work in the past couple of weeks and has fast become indispensable.

Progressively getting worse, the sharing feature for GDrive doesn't work anymore and there is no feature to maximize vocal quality in my lecture recordings. Bought this app about a year ago and I use it religiously, i just want the features too work and for them too add new features every once in a while instead of once a year. Especially since i paid like 14 dollars for it. that's a lot of money for something that physically doens't exist (aka software)

I wanted this product for my Chromebook because the Evernote web app doesn't have the recording feature that is included in every other version of Evernote. During my trial of the free product, I noticed a problem with my email account. I contacted support, received a response within 18 hours and received excellent service. I've since discovered a problem with the app on my Nexus 9 tablet running Marshmallow 6.0.1 and have forwarded my notes regarding the problem to support. If you have a problem with the product, I strongly encourage you to contact support. It appears the company is in China and I've received better support from them than I have from some US based companies (I'm in the US Mid-Atlantic region).
