App is helpful. But still it does not covers all a.c. buses on the routes.

Poor customer care response.. Postpone a ticket policy is not addressed well and is a pure loss to the customer...

I sincerely advise everyone please DON'T book any ticket from this app and site. I recently booked a ticket from dhule to Pune and payment also successful done but at the time of boarding they are saying that ticket is sold to another person. Then why aur payment successful and not booked and simply saying that we will refund your money. What about my journey that day is very important ?

This is worst app i have ever find. I have booked ticket from this app and due to some medical reason i have requested to cancel my ticket and ask for refund. They denied and told me speak with vendor. Customer care is not supportive and when you ask for refund they strictly denied. Please don't use this application due to its worst behaviour and refund policy.

My sincere advice to everyone DON'T book any tickets from this company, they are fraud. Recently I booked my ticket and on boarding time I came to know that my seat was already sold to someone else. I was then made to sit by driver for 7 hours at very uncomfortable seat after which I hurt my back. I was not the only one there were 2 other passengers under going through same hell.

Worst app. Plz don't use it. Don't book your ticket by this app. I booked ticket for sleeper class but was allotted seater instead. On making complaints it was replied that due to system related problem this happened and refund will be processed. Again they showed the direct bus route for my destinationbut I had to change the bus to arrive at my schedule place. So overall experience was very horrific.

I never ever use this app due to no good offers on it. I used it 2nd time but now I am not able to find out my booked ticket history and ticket. Team upgrade it or stop delivering in field. Thanks

I booked a ticket using this app for Indore for abt Rs1100/- For some reason bus did not show up on the boarding point for 4hrs. I check with travelyaari guys about the bus location but they could not tell anything abt the bus. I stood at boarding point till 12 in night finally travelyaari guy told since we don't know where bus is you will get full refund and I left the boarding point. Afterwards they denied the refund saying that operator is telling you travelled. I showed them ola email receipt of going back home from boarding point as proof that I didn't travel. Also they have all the call logs from customer care. Basically they are telling me that I am liar and bus operator is whom they believe. After this incident I m not going to use this app for hosting such liar bus operator and these guys supporting him. Pathetic experience.

Worst app... deducted your amount from account still no ticket booked also no customer care connect.. given call center no.which are not available.

Common discounts should be over and above the loyalty discounts otherwise there is no use of loyalty discounts because always there are some or other kind of discount codes are available for public nullyfying advantages to loyal customers. Secondly bus rating and feedback option should be there after each travel and it should be maintained for next customer to reference.
