(Traps) Wilderness Survival for Android
Some of this is right out of my 1960"s professional guides manuals. Really out dated information.
The pictures don't help at all and the descriptions are even more useless
Not alot of traps lame
Good ...... gives you the best idea of catching things . Its better than games
It is a amazing app for young adults learning how to survive in the wild or hunt
Please provide more traps please please please please please please please please please please please please please please please please please please please please please please please please please please please please please please please please please please please please please please please please sir
Best
It really doesn't even give you a tutorial on how to do it. It just tells you about it!
Did not feel the drawings were good enough quality, been better just to use real photo's.
Doesn't even work
Poor pictures and even worse descriptions. I practice setting primitive traps on a regular basis so i know what im doing. Th is app is not for beginners, Nothing on how to build them just desciptions on what they do and poorly at that. Pinute dead fall and figure 4 is a waste of time. Learn a promitory peg and you can do just as much with far less effort. Also it doesn't mention weights deadfall should be 5X the weight of the animal being trapped. Spanish windless would be nice to see aswell...
It really helps me in trapping
Not alot of traps lame
Not only is there not many traps, they do not teach you how to make the traps. This is a quick reference for someone that Already knows how to make the traps. The few pictures are poor, and there is no clear step by step instruction. If you do not already know the traps, they only have a paragraph to read for you to try to figure it out. My advice for the app creators, as these types of things are best taught as a visual, add step by step pictures instead of just the paragraph and a pic of the finished trap
Simply great!
Liked it
It really doesn't even give you a tutorial on how to do it. It just tells you about it!
Its awesome
Cool
Sucked
Its cool an all but ya'll left out what I call an H snare a green sapling 6 feet long big as your thumb willow is best 2ft of wire w/a noose and a loop 6-8in up from noose 2 sticks notched to place a trigger stick about 6In long bend sapling down and stradle it to keep it from goin off put trigger stick through the loop at one side.put noose under trigger a small hole to put bait set it by gently placing the trigger in the notches an in time u will catch something
Very handy, hope to never need it.
diagrams are horrible. but if you already know the trap, it might be useful to recall bits you missed. no original effort here at all. :(
Food,water,shelter,hygiene,ext.
Will come handy in real life situatioñ...
Interesting, but images are such poor quality that they are next to useless
But could have a bit better instructions. But I do know allot more than I did before I downloaded this app
Not alot of traps lame
Why do we have to pay when you can make a free ad supported version I will give 5 stars if u give a free version
My 6yr old can draw clearer illustrations with his toes.
Learn something new everyday. EricNH
It's so simple to understand how it all works :-)
That's all I'm saying, lol (Cwill4eva)
Great app very useful
Good resource.
Great app
Not very good. A single illustration per trap that often doesn't illustrate much. If you are looking for an instructional app, look elsewhere.
This comes from the field manual from the us army. FM 3-05.70 is the one i have. Convenient kinda. Just completely copied, pictures and all. All this info should be free. Its an open resource manual. Its a lot of reading but will save your life, garunteed. Don't buy into any of their junk!
This is a very well written app - very good! - Melvynator.

Poor black and white drawings used as pictures, with details so small you can't figure out how to build the trap based on looking alone. No way to zoom the drawings. Minimal information below the drawings for most traps are too vague to provide any teachings. Best thing about this app is the disclaimer at the end telling you not to count on the information they provide to save your life. Boy that's one accurate statement. The developer of this app should pull this app and go back to the drawing board.
