Live boards dont work so cant see any updates on your flight. Only use is it lists shops and places to eat in the terminal if you dont wanna walk around.

Extremely basic. Just arrivals and deparure timings, and some information for travellers who have never been through an airport before! The developers need to look at the Heathrow app, and make major improvements.

The live departures feature gives less information than the boards in the lounge, which is unhelpful. Also lists directions for a lounge that is now closed. Not worth bothering with.
