Always had a good experience with this app. I find buses 9 times out of 10 arrive on time they say. However the stops near my house just don't show on here at all and when searching them out they just say no services available. Bit annoying as it's been great other than that.

Bus services can be improved by good management. Sometimes I see 2 or 3 same buses running behind each other when I have to wait for them for over 40 to 50 minutes. Keeping them well placed by management would solve this problem. Just today (30/October/2016) i was checking the app for my next bus it showed 35 minutes after 10 minute i see a bus turn up which wasn't tracked by this app.

First is very slow. Check on the go is not an option. Never recognise places have to choose between location. I don't expect tfl , but this is the worse app ever

The exact name and stop number/letters is not corresponding with the actual bus stop signs. Not user friendly for new travellers. Also each stops should display the direction the bus travelling by listing a block diagram of all the stops with route information.

Awful. Used to work great but now won't show any national express departures from any stops. Map takes ages to load and won't even find location. Location is working fine on Google maps so it's just an issue with this app. Completely useless app tbh.

It's a useful App, when it works. Most of the time when I click one of my Stops the App claims no buses run from the Stop.. Not very helpful when one is using a National Express Stop out in the Sticks...

Supposed to be satellite and GPS operated but is never correct! 3 minutes is actually 12 and will tell you due for 5 mins plus some busses never even show up! Fix this less lies please

Absolute rubbish i have had to install and uninstall 5 times. it doesnt pick up location and hardly picks up stop markers.. waste of time

Used to be a great app but recently all my stops say there's no buses due.. tried reinstalling but still rubbish.. time to delete it as it's pointless

Nearly everytime i use this it says no services from this stop. What is the point. Though when i don't need it it gives me all the info

Seriously in love with this app allows for real time bus arrival allowing for a higher degree of accuracy, there is a little glitch in where the app it doesn't show buses that aren't coming until the last minute which can be a bother. However, I'm pleased with the app overall and its helpful

It never loads up the bus times so you never really know when the bus is because u spend half the time looking at a circle saying loading, its a useless app and i would highly recommend not wasting your storage space with what is basically a loading screen and your better off looking at the time table.

This app is highly useful for me on a daily basis. Only potential issue is that sometimes data connection doesn't work and consider using the same software like e.g. google maps to give better estimates of arrival including the traffic.

Ridiculous! Waste of time, always providing inaccurate timing for the bus arrival. I have been constantly late for my lectures (at least once a week)

This needs major updates like how slow can it get and half of time it doesn't load the times.

This useful to be a helpful app but now the times are completely inaccurate and have made me and my husband miss buses on several occasions!! As if your services weren't bad enough!! Sort it out!!!

The app is constantly inaccurate, the real time bus updates are always wrong and have often made me late.

2 Huge disasvantages: 1. As it's been mentioned, buses don't stick to the timetable. They can arrive 2 minutes earlier, or can be late by the whole 10. 2. App is not friendly with mobile data, it doesn't fetch the stops, and in favourites it tells that there are no buses... Just stop sticking to "better than nothing"

This app keeps telling me that there aren't any west midlands busses from the stop I have made a favorite and tells me exactly the same if I choose the flag marker on the map. Why is this? I think your app is broken and needs fixing, and asap please

The times given by this app are often completely fake and worse than useless.

This app is just bullshit every bus I ha e ever caught has never been on time according to this bogus app same goes for the timetable on the bus stops you may as well download uber or just wait for an eternity until the bus shows up screw the bus service

Over the past few days it hasn't been showing the accurate times for when it comes for example, when the bus is coming in 2 mins, the bus app doesn't even show what time its coming and it usually says 20 mins. This also goes with the information in the bus stops

Useless, no real time tracking. Classic one these days service 37 from Solihull station (first stop on a route) nothing for 15 minutes then 3 buses arrive together. Surely there us a way to navigate them especially from the first stop on a route.

Keeps saying that there are no departures from my stop. Hit and miss as to whether it will actually work.

The app works ok, but could do with a refresh to the interface. Sometimes when you try to load a bus stop it won't load the stop. For example when clicking a stop it will Sometimes say "no busses to this stop" even though it will be a main stop with 4 busses running from it.

It should really show actual live timings showing where the busses are at a current time. Instead of showing expected thats due to the fact that there can be rush hour delays etc so a live update showing exactly where the bus is would be essential and very helpful indeed

Great app not sure why people saying live tracking don't work seems to work fine for me I've had it for nearly a year now sometimes the bus isn't tracked most time it is.

Made me late for work 3 times this week. No bus tracking, just polls that tell you when its expected. Thats bs though, cuz they never come on time anyway. I remember when bus fare used to be less than now and with the fare there getting, you would expect their getting live tracking on these buses.

it's a waste of time the bus times are never right e.g if the bus was due in 5 mins the bus app would say it's due in 20 mins then when u look again after a minute it will say something like 10 mins. I DO NOT recommend this app to anyone

Buses constantly turn up late (sometimes failing to show at all). Thus, it renders the apps estimated times of arrival irrelevant. Then to top it off, the drivers are rude to customers and the buses aren't clean. GPS map/tracking should have been included so we can see where the buses are at any given time. Location for bus stop searches are also inaccurate. Awful.

What's the point of a timetable if the buses don't stick to it, or worse still, they don't show up at all? I want live gps information telling me exactly where the buses are, not when they're "expected" to arrive, because they rarely do on time.

Uninstalling the app as it doesn't tell you when the buses won't turn up. Which as it happens oh so regularly I thought it would be a shoe-in! Just a shame I can't give it a big fat zero!

I use the bus app on a daily basis and the number of times the bus app has stated that the bus is due, although the bus doesn't show up until a further 5 or 10 minutes; sometimes doesn't even show up at all! Where do buses exactly disapper to? I've also had problems with the bus app locating when a bus is arriving at a particular bus stop, I even have saved- this shouldn't be a problem. An update is required asap.

As journey planner just opens a website, there is no obvious way back into the app. Also the use current location for the journey planner does not work. In My Stops a way to title the different stops would be good as it gets confusing when there are two stops on the same street listed, as they show with the same name.

As soon as i walk out of work i check this app to see which bus is the least late to get me home in the best time. Its quite reliable. Its more reliable than the actual bus.

The new update provides a journey planner and finally have included a refresh button to update the real time data for a stop. Overall, it works well and helps me plan how long I've got until the bus arrives.

Bug. Can't select current location for new journey planner starting location. It is in drop down but won't select. Moto g 4
