TrapCab

This app tries to answer the question "I just finished a service, to which cabstand should I go?"

To do so the application records waiting times at each cabstand and the price of each run, then uses historic data to provide an estimation of the profitability of each cabstand in a given day at a given hour (see second screenshot). For each cabstand the app estimated profitability of hour of waiting (ie. $50 / hour), the average waiting time and the average price for a run departing from that cabstand.

This is an experimental application that is in beta. At this moment it is being used by a small group of cab drivers in Oviedo (Spain). If you are interested in testing it don't hesitate to get in contact with us at trapcab@gmail.com
