Its okay from time to time.. But the location entering needs ALOT of help and locating GPS. Plus when you're at a strip mall like Lansdowne, it only registers the mall address and it forces the drivers to go to the wrong place and either end up calling you or leaving! .. PLUS... it freezes at the "pending" screen for ages, forcing you to call in.

It worked the first time I used it but hasn't worked at all since. Apparently my address doesn't exist anymore. My girlfriends address doesn't exist anymore & it's canceled orders literally 2 mins before the cab is due to arrive. Don't waste your time & phone memory on this garbage. Stick to calling them on the phone.

It cancel my cab 2 minutes before it was due. I has only work once but the cab driver had to call me and the time estimate was just a lie.
