Transport America Driver App

My teammate and I both have different phones, hers is a galaxy note 5 and mine is a galaxy s6. We just received our first load assignment which is a relay so tried logging into the app to track the other driver. Whenever we try to login it starts to show our profile with the spinning loading symbol and then goes back to the login screen with "invalid session token" displayed and won't let us login

Has worked great but after getting a replacement Samsung j7 I have to open app to get my notifications now. They use to come thru on my old j7 but my replacement phone they won't. Have had Verizon check it out and can't figure it out either.

App is nice, but for some reason I don't receive notifications when I switched to a Moto G4 Plus even though I have notifications enabled. Everything else works perfectly. Have two Moto G4 Pluses and neither receive notifications despite them being enabled. Otherwise, great app.

Wife and i have the exact phone, Samsung S5, running same OS, but when she tries to install this app she gets " Server Error Please try again later - this has been going on for days now. Any ideas? Please help!

wow. y'all cant be happy with anything. been using since day one and have had ZERO issues.

Since most recent update I'm no longer getting notifications of new messages have to manually reload to see new messages

Im not getting the notifications when they come threw anymore

Need to be able to switch drivers especially husband and wife teams

It's ok. However it could use more macros other free form, lumper request and update ETA/PTA

It won't work in my phone. S6, I've talked to many people including Samsung and ta IT. Says I have to turn off mock location. My phone dose not have that option.

Still don't know how to get into my account.

Very convenient. More macros like being able to update trip eta etc would make it exceptional

Need to be able to reset password when app no longer accepts your password. How do we do this?

I like this app a lot but the only issue I have with it is I can't use it while I'm in the sleeper berth and my codriver is driving.

It can't tell the difference between my husband driving or me. Frustrating when I'm not driving but still can't reach needed info.

Would get 5 across if it had macros and great places to eat lol

Keeps telling me that I am moving when I have been sitting for hours. Tremendous battery hog. Also I get one icon on my screen for every message. Just got my trip assignment. There was 4 messages in the assigent. 1) Trip assignment 2) Trip assignment page 2 3) Prior relay info and 4) Fuel and route recommendations. There were 4 seperate icons on the top of my screen. 1 for each message. To me this is no more useful than just going to eservices.

Most of the functions are cool, but very inconvenient for the team division as the is no way to tell the app that you're the passenger, and not the driver for functionality while moving. Also, it would be nice if on the trailer location pane, if trailers without tracking would give us at least the information you guys have in the back office on location, load status, and it would also be nice to see if that trailer is currently assigned to a truck.

Needs to be team active I agree 100% on safety but lot of useful stuff that can't be used if your in the sleeper and truck is moving just saying if not on the app put some of the app stuff on eservice and work it that way thru hos ????

It keeps locking up, now I can't reinstall I click on install but it never does.

This is a great app for the drivers. I may have found a glitch, though. When entering customer code under the "freight point details" section, adding a number causes the input box to go blank. Pressing submit then shows either the wrong account or shows as "customer code not valid". Customer codes with no numbers appear fine. Not a big deal. Wasn't sure how to notify you of this issue. The rest of the app seems to work great. Looking forward to my next relay to see how that section works. Thank you for this

There is a lot of functionality in this app, including seeing your macros and help finding your trailer!
