I used TW for 2 years and loved it. After the last update it freezes at the PIN screen and won't let me enter the PIN. I also used to transfer on the Web and app without a separate login to my bank, but now it hangs on a login popup or says there is a problem with the account. I called and the problem is not with my bank. I keep getting disconnected when calling customer service.
