1. Money never reached on promised time 2. Even when you are logged into your account, the chat associate needs you to 'authenticate' yourself by giving your full name and other details. How silly and waste of time. Anyone who is logged in would have access to these information anyway 3. After answering series of security questions, the only resolution you get is "please wait till end of the day" Bye bye Transfast. Don't bother answering this review. I'm not coming back.
When initiating a transfer, app crashes when selecting the recipient of the funds... Making it pretty useless for the one thing it is supposed to do right.
Worst app ever! !! Please don't use this app for anything emergency funds, very useless peace of thing.
This App never worked for me. Couldn't able to login. Always shows network error, either it's WiFi or data.
I have just downloaded the software and I am using wifi to login and I get network error ...
I am very pleased with this app. Simple to use. But my greatest delight is that I am able to transfer funds from the US directly to my account in Nigeria. I am thrilled.

What a pathetic service. New option of fast track transaction is taking more than provided time frame. Charging extra for transaction and transfer rate is less than normal rate. Spoke to the customer service personal Mary and her Supervisor Jason. Poor response from a customer facing team. Probably moving on to a different vendor. Good bye Transfast. Please don't reply with your fake sorry or your improvement comment which just a copy paste job.
Fastrack, it's been 4 days already and still asking me to wait for 48 hrs. JASON, customer service supervisor. He don't know how to talk with customer very rude customer service. He don't deserve to be a supervisor, he must be fired. Am not using transfast anymore, stupid service.
Don't even give a thought of sending money through Transfast whatever their proposed exchange rate may be. Worst service. I dont know Why the hell they have to take money from my account even after I cancelled my transaction after couple of hours. I request Transfast to close their business as they always fail to provide good service to customers.
Waste of time - if you really want to send money internationally try to find another service, this one won't get you anywhere. I created my account and waited for bank verification, everything ok and after that I tried to send money and got cancelled without any further explanations. I called them and they said "Wait a couple of weeks, we don't have estimated time for Verification Process" - Are you serious? If you try to send money is not to do it in 2 more months.
BEWARE SCAM.... they take your money immediately and then transfer it after 25 days. If you call them, they tell you to wait few more days. When the money reaches their pakistani partner, they simply send you a text message to call the given number, who doesn't answer. And when he does, he is so rude and irresponsible that he would even ask you to lodge a complaint against him. Simply put, no professionalism. Do business with transfast at your own risk. As seen in others posts, they will simply reply to this message with a pre defined template. For your kind information, I've already contacted your customer service several times and all they have done is to close the case.
I'm totally disappointed with Transfast, the way they dealt with my recent transaction. Totally irresponsible service, not anymore trustworthy.!! I would never ever recommend Transfast to anyone anymore..! Though my first fund transfer from Canada to India through Transfast was delayed more than a week (apparently for bank account verification), my recent transfer from Canada was credited to my bank account in India in less than 6 hours which was really surprising. The simplicity of online transfer using android app, exchange rates as well as service charges are all quite competitive. Keep the good work going. >>
Guranteed transaction cancellations if you send money using the "No transaction fees" option. Customer support is non existent. Either there is no response or scripted reply "Unable to disclose due to security reasons". Adding a chat bot would do a better job.
Almost sending the money from last 2years and never had any issues. The deposit is instant and rates are competitive. Couple of times delayed to confirm the details as part of security but that's fine. Even before they deduct money from account, money gets transmitted. That's more of a trust.
Your recipient will NEVER get the money you send within the timeframe that Transfast quotes. I'm not sure how or why a business is able to consistently outright lie to its customers. Not an isolated incident: check other reviewers. Goodbye transfast.
Service sucks. Customer support sucks. My transaction got cancelled without any reason then customer support told me that I will not get my money back until 7 business days. It was an emergency so how am I suppose to tranfer the money by other means if I don't have it back? Very frustrating.
Started using Transfast instead of Xoom because of rate. So far I have not got an issue in transactions so not aware of their customer service.

Excellent app!! It works well for me. Ive been using transfast for almost 3yrs now. Money transfered is sent first to my receipient before its deducted to my bank account here in Canada. Keep up the good work!!

The app clashed after first transaction unable to track my transaction. I don't know the status of my transaction yet.
The app can be troublesome, when connecting certain bank accounts in north america. Can transfast support,, pleasend automate you application?
The app is fine, I just don't want it to send me random notifications about stuff.
Transfast is better than most of the other services i have tried ... definitely recommend this.
The app is well designed and easy to use. I have had consistently good service from them and the best rates in the market.
Works great now and the FASTRACK option is really living up to its name with almost instant deposits.

This is a crapp!. written by bunch of morons, does not even load, does not allow editing recipient details. If you want to develop good business, teach your engineers what is "User experience". I used to use their website to send money. After a 6 months, last week tried to use their website, total nightmare, then tried their app, total crapp. Rather than striving to develop, fancy and useless UI, develop simple and intuitive user interface.
