Time waste app........

When I connect Transcend 3.0 enclosure to my phone and open Transcend Elite App, The Enclosure didn't get displayed.... But when I open ES file explorer it gets displayed and work fine.... Only copy paste not working.. plz update transcend Elite and fix the following problem thak you!!

Terrible product. Doesn't even work. Only works as a flash drive in a pc. But plug it into a mobile device. ....and nothing. Doesn't even pick the flash drive up......

Numerous problems before recent update: failure to backup or restore, files not showing or empty. Since update doesn't even show any contents for OTG drive - it's as if it doesn't exist.

Worked great until recent update now it is useless! How do I fix

Got a new phone and had to download the new version. Doesn't work at all.

Old version was good. Its shows how much left space in my external devices like SD card, otg

I can upload via the usb from my computer and then onto my phone but cannot move anything from my Samsung Galaxy S6 onto the drive - which is what I bought it for.... hence I dislike it!

Useless on my ASUS Zenfone 2 Laser ZE601KL with Android 5. It is not even getting recognised even with the latest update on Transcend Elite App. Waste of Money. Wish we had an option to give ZERO star rating!!

Impossible to understand if and how (maybe) it works. Makes the Transcend usb 3 flash a waste of money.

I tried both a sandisk and a kingston duel port drive in my Huawei acsend mate 7 gold phone, with app installed, downloaded all of my photos, plugged them into my galaxy tab s and viewed all of my photos seamlessly. Huawei 4.4.2, Galaxy tab 5.0.2. I am extremely happy to be able to do this. Thank you Transcend!

Why the outlook of nexus 5 is on the description of the app but the phone itself is not supported ... Frustrating

Nice app only thing a find missing is the option to add only one custom folder, do add option to add more folders.

This app doesn't have/try to get permission to write files on USB OTG. on lollipop or later you've to use Storage Access Framework to get permission. See Airdroid/ES file explorer for example. I hope it get fixed.

After the marshmallow update on my moto x play 32gb, doesn't read my 8g otg transcend pen drive at all..... Plz do something urgently

Can't look at pictures by swiping. Have to close & open the next picture. No impressed at all.

The description states that the OTG is not compatible with any Nexus device... yet the photos clearly feature a Nexus 5. Misleading and disappointing.

Please make Lenovo A5000 compatible in this program. Make customers well satisfied with the product. Thank you.
