It's not possible to log in with the details we use on our mijn.transavia account. We can reserve seats, book hold luggage, but when it comes to logging in to download free content on the app for the flight, our booking reference number and last name are not recognised.. Too good to be true, I guess...

They should test their app. Even after downloading 2 movies i wasnt able to play it on the flight. Kept saying that i needed wifi connection. They should look at other airlinrs and learn from them.
