Downloaded 1 movie and one show. Both said download complete, wouldn't work on plane. Don't rely on it as you entertainment for the flight like I did. Very disappointed!

It froze juring the flight half the time and the other half it just wouldn't work

App is junk no time to download with Internet speed total garbage

Half the time, I couldn't watch the movies that I downloaded; the other half of the time, the movies had visual problems and wouldn't play all the way through.

Part way through the movie it wouldn't play any more. Nothing would fix it. Not worth the time or bandwidth to download this.

I registered, downloaded 3 movies in advance but was unable to watch them because they somehow were scheduled to watch in a week after my flight. Useless.

Cannot download, crappy app, don't even bother trying this app.

This app is awesome I just wish there was still a TV on the airplane

Downloaded everything ahead of time. On my flight from YUL to CUN, I pressed play and the video screen was just black with the play button showing at the bottom. Reset the app and the phone, still didn't work. For the return flight, I downloaded everything again onto a different and newer device. The movie was working fine and then froze at 33 minutes. I reset everything and had the same problem. Thank god I had music with me. This app was useless and disappointing.

I downloaded some movies to watch, which was quite simple to do. I didn't watch anything on the first flight and couldn't watch anything on the return flight because all the content expired an hour after the flight landed. Without reliable wifi in Cuba, I had nothing to watch on the return flight. HOWEVER there was a movie shown on the plane both ways. The app isn't strictly necessary for movie watching.

Garbage, the movies never finish downloading, they should use the same system as air canada rouge
