Basically, this app just provides a few pages of the Transat website. The only special feature it has is the ability to download travel documents, which doesn't even seem to be working, and is also totally redundant since you receive your documents via email and/or the site anyway. Don't bother wasting storage space on your device.

Loads, but asks me to turn of Screen Overlay, have never been asked that before, cannot get around if even when screen overlay turned off. Can't get any further. Uninstalled.

Every time I try and obtain my documents, it crashes and being as that is the only reason I installed the app, fit me, the app is useless.

Due to an error in the app (incorrect time zones) this app gave me the wrong takeoff time for my flight. Luckily i checked with transat and got the correct time. However, when i talked to them about the app issue, it seemed this error is relatively common.

Everything with transat is about trying to sell you something but when something goes wrong due to a negligence of their emplyees do not expect them to take responsabilities. I was a customer of theirs for the past 7 years using only their high end holiday packages and club seats but i d rather pay 300$ more with air canada and get proper service with competent employees . i should have known better than usong charter airline .
