You have the wrong address for garland tx parts store, it's the same address as dallas parts store on Val wood parkway suite 100. Should be 11011 regency crest drive suite 300 dallas tx 75238

Ordered part, went to counter, no part, told them I orderd it on 360 and I have confirmation, they looked at me like a zombie and said the confirmation didn't matter, had to order on comfort site. I am Tier 4 comfort specialist, not like I don't sell Trane everyday.
