Trak N Tell

Great device, great app. The USP of this device is its anti-theft feature (immobilizer) which is done without any wire cutting or splicing. Been using it for last 10 months. App UI is simple and unique. Never had any issues with the app or device . Cheers !!!

Fraud and Mis-selling by company. I was a loyal customer of TrakNtell using two devices and recommended to 5 to 6 friends. Throwing one device out now and paying DONATION of RS 750 to them for getting it removed. Mr Gupta, the attitude of customer care is pathetic. Is your startup in safe hands? Guys, please stay away from this company.

Just one request in short.......kindly make an option of ringtone sound or any other sound which can be selected from the songs gallery of our mobile as they are loud and have long duration so one can listen it in late hours while sleeping and wake up as message tones are too short and very low sound

A helpful one... helps to track the real time vehicle status which is the best thing as kids travel alone with driver ..must have thing in today's time.. app is also user friendly

Worst app and device.Not helpful.No customer care support.Total money waste.I have spent ₹ 6500 .समझो भिखारी को दान कर दिए।

Product is good but there are issues with the life. I got my third product replaced. Now working with all facilities. Customer care took time to listen my issues. Hope this time it work well.

Very good equipment once i installed i do not have to worry for the vehicle tracking or calling driver again and again only i have to open the aap and i will get the vehicle status on google map where is it engin is on/off or in running then what is the speed of vehicle.

I am throwing one of two IN WARRANTY devices in garbage. 20th June 2017:- I called customer care to inquire about two new devices and see how serious they are.. Did not get a call back even after 6 hours. Hold on guys. Please read this before buying this product. Here is the candid feedback:- (Mr Pranshu Gupta, please take a note of it) 1. There is no way to change the application notification tone. This application uses default phone tone for application notification. 2. It is very difficult to set Geofancing from app.One has to do it from Website.No one is customer care is aware how to do it. 3. App user interface is average.Website GUI is average 4. Few times, real time location of is not getting updated despite of having good Airtel Coverage in the area 5. No Comprehensive support FAQ's or checklist.Customer care is not very good too. Call backs are never done in 24 hours 6. App needs a full revamp.

Disgusting app really , it has lots of fluctuations sometimes it's immobilizer feature takes about 2 hours to start, one day watchman feature disabled as I updated the app and customer care had no answer for it really poor service. I suggest not to buy this service,total waste of money

Excellent trakntell by car plus rishab vihar

I am an intelli 7+ product user. And i would like to appreciate their service. Watchman feature is great. It saved my car once. And after that i have never turned off the watchman 24*7. I received many complaints that my driver was overspeeding and rash driving. By the help of this device, i can now easily manage the driver routine. And now i know when he is rash driving. Thanks team for this product. Keep up the good work. Will surely recommend further.

This app is worst mother of all GPS apps in India. Total loss of money. Please don't buy this product ever . Developer is not able to improve this app at all.better he should be fired from the company..what the Hell product....

This is a complete fraud. No Live tracking, no accurate location reporting, no notification or notification works at random, watchman alerts - works on random basis (no alert received at majority if the times). Customer service is just pathetic, they do not have any clue on anything. Not worth spending thousands on this fraud. My experience has been pathetic since installation a month back. Better you buy some good company tracker where you can rely on. Trackers from track N tell is worst. Also, I am sure majority of the users are facing problems but most of them are using the Beta version of the app, so only developers can see their review and complaints.

Pathetic Quality-everything was ok till warranty period.ones the warranty was over,my device stopped working.as per the company i have to purchase a new one as it can't be repaired...in short the device will work till the warranty period or may be 4 months more..will never ever install it again neither will recommend to anyone else to go for it.why should one pay for a device which will work or has a life expectancy of one year or so... Completely disappointed !!

This product saved my car from thiefs last night. Live tracking helped me in tracking my car and watchman feature helped me to know that my car was getting stolen. So full marks to this product and the services. Must

Please add an option " Forgot User ID" to retrieve the user id if the user forgets it.

@ customer care: plz let me know, why my device current location is not updated regularly and why all the trips taken and location are not shown in trip list..really disappointed

I think.. it's just awesome that you can follow your car for every second on your mobile too. NICE !
