crashed when I was at the train station to pick up my tickets!! then lost all my booking info. customer service phone numbers are disconnected..typical Chinese incompetence and poor service!!

(Insert your own strong expletive here) This "app" stops EVERY time it is supposed to search for a connection. I suspect it is not even supposed to check for a train. Very fishy. Uninstalled. LG G3

Amazing app and customer service through we chat. Cant say enough about the customer service. They put my mind at ease. App was a breeze to use. You can book ahead of time, not like Ctrip. That makes it so easy so you dont have to worry about sellouts
