Icons and bin postcodes not working

Z70%
by Z####:

9 icons on home screen. 6 lead to empty pages. Bin collection page does not recognise my postcode. Only contact and review pages work.

Used to work fine but now the bin calendar won't work and half the screens are empty

...but it is missing some important features. Firstly, photographs should be geo-tagged. All smartphones can do this. I notice that the report feature includes geo information, but the council still emailed me to ask which street I meant. Perhaps their staff don't know what they're doing? Secondly, it should be possible to choose categories from a long list, not nested menus. Thirdly, I shouldn't have to enter all my personal details in every field - just a name and email address should suffice. The "contact us" page should have a map link, so people can click on that and open Google Maps to go instantly to the correct location. Also, why does the "rate this app" button not navigate immediately to Google Play?

All of the features shown blank pages. Apparently my postcode was invalid. Tried all possible formats. Very disappointed. Galaxy note 3. 4.3 jelly bean
