This is a traffic counter for traffic engineers. It takes a stab at replacing expensive hardware used for this task by traffic engineers. Data can be shared in XML format, which can be read by applications like MS Excel or custom ones. Data collections can be grouped in a folder and the entire folder can be shared in one XML file. Attach as many notes as you need and share those with the project as well. Share through email where the other side can import the data to their version of this application.

This is best free app I have found for doing traffic counts. This maybe a stretch but can you add an 'other' classification to the intersection counts. Currently, there is only one classification per movement, but I have a need to classify vehicles as light vehicle or heavy vehicle for every movement. Can this feature be incorporated?
