This app knows nothing and translates nothing. What a crock!

The reason why I'm correcting my ratting is because I personally feel that this is a discrase to me and the culture of my ancestors.I get a gut feeling in my heart as I review this app that its falsified.for once I just wish there would be a 100% authentic Lakota Dakota translation app in audio also only done by a souix willing to teach the true words of our ancestors

This is not a dictionary by any description. The content has very little to do with Lakota. There is no sense of consistent spelling or orthography whatsoever. No sound. The Lakota Language Consortium has Lakota dictionary app with 22 thousand entries, with audio files recorded by native speakers and written in consistent spelling. Present in every entry is verb conjugation, there are thousands of example sentence and advanced search functions, both in Lakota and English. So what is the use of an app like this one? Putting out apps with inconsistent spelling, poor content and functionality is not very helpful to the language and community of learners. Consider that.

This app is clearly in its infancy state. I am happy to see someone putting fourth the effort to get a usable translator. Thank you Italian guy for takeing the initiative to make such an app. I would encourage you to work directly with an Indian that fluently speaks the language. A++ for your effort!
