A unique feature of Trademaya is an information module at the point of sale for the buyers and sellers to see relevant price and other market information while negotiating and taking decisions. Order confirmation triggers the tracking module through which both the buyer and seller interact with each other for documentation, shipment and payment. The status of the order is available to buyers and sellers 24x7 on web and mobile app.Registered buyers and sellers can avail of the order tracking feature even for deals concluded directly by themselves.

At their option, buyers and sellers use services of our fulfilment partners at preferential rates for trade financing, credit insurance, credit reports, shipping and customs clearance.
