I am still awaiting for my order, it should've arrived already, its been saying invoiced and shipped for a while now. No one answers my queries.

When I press an item to read more about it or buy it, nothing happens..... The app has been like this for months.... At least on MY phone. Must use the website instead. Very annoying.

I have bought two Items, a t shirt and a short, now I want to view my purchase history on ' my account' its doesn't allow me to open its keeps on showing blank, been trying to trace my orders can someone help me

La aplicacion funciona muy mal, aveces muestra los datos de tu cuenta y aveces no, los datos de seguimiento de compra siempre da errores... Mejor usar el navegador web. La tienda tiene buenos precios, pero algo que no me gusta es que luego de poner la orden tardan una semana mientras reciben el producto en la tienda y ya si te facturan y envian el producto (por esto se pierde una semana de tiempo, toca pedir las cosas y tener mucha paciencia para recibir los productos). Espero mejoren la aplicacion y los tiempos de entrega algun dia!

Absolutely disgusting service and the customer service is aswell ordered a set of gear clips and took my money a week ago and still in transit so emailed them and still no reply DONT ORDER OFF THIS SITE

Great store, good prices. Shame about the app. It's slow and keeps crashing. So much better using a browser.

It was a good store but now its too bad, i bought some items and the order status stayed : In transit to our dispatch center (for 8 days) after 8 days i talked to customer service they told me that they will ship the order in the same week that's mean after 4 days maximum but suddenly after 2 days they sent me a message that the items is out of stock. really?? after 10 days of purchse date you discovered that you dont have stock of these items. And then i cancelled the order

The Order was shipped monday and supposedly can be tracked within 24 hours. It's Saturday and i still cannot track the order. Looks like I'll be calling their customer service. Really. .....

While this app isn't all that bad it's is extremely slow and the interface is poorly fitted to the screen meaning you have to scroll back and forth all the time, waiting several seconds every time for products to load. Just use the website. It much faster and less hassle with the scrolling
