Track Your Inventory:
This is not only a tractor tracker but you can also log all of your large and small machinery and automobiles including tractors, pickups, lawn mowers, cars, combines, sprayers, loaders, skid loaders, backhoes, attachments, and more. TractorPal can track each item’s serial number, model year, purchase date and price, original miles/hours, and you can even save a picture of your item. The free version of the TractorPal provides space to track three machines or vehicle. If you like the service, a one-time purchase offers the option to track an unlimited number of items.

TractorPal simplifies your record-keeping process. With this version you can now backup all of your data to the cloud! Never loose your information again. Just click the "sync data" and create an account. Whenever you enter in new information just sync and the information will be backed up. Create your own account using Facebook or Twitter. Don't have one of those accounts, no problem, just create one with just your name and email address.(This is in beta testing, but should work fine. Please ask if you have problems)

Useful but it uses more power than my phone screen. I wish you could choose between hours and miles after all a tractor is based on hours. If you fix the power problem let me know and I will download it again but unfortunately I have to remove it from my Galaxy S4.

App needs a few things... Under "maintenance" they give you a list of maintenance items that you can add to the default list but they should have one where you can type in a maintenance item ie track tension. Also one huge thing it's lacking for me is a repair log. As another user stated the designer is very interested in customer input and answers emails faster than I can dial their phone number! Going to stick with them because this has the potential to be one of the best apps on my phone.

This could be very useful for tracking equipment maintenance, but its not. If you want to check, for instance, the part number for a tractor fuel filter it requires you to tap on the tractor, tap service now, then tap fuel filter, then tap service history. Easier to just write it down in a notebook. Everything in this app is cumbersome. No search or anything that makes keeping records any easier. Also asks me if I want to purchase every time I do anything. I already did! Waste of money and time.

Of the 2 apps I've seen for tracking logs for tractors, this one is still supported. (I paid for the Full App) Would be nice if the App had the option of "Other" or "Upgrade" or even a spot to add custom services. I Do like the background can be set to whatever I want. and that it allows me a picture of the item

Sadly, there aren't many riding lawn mower maintenance apps. Of the very few available, this is the best, however, it is missing some of the most important functions. You cannot remove or edit the default categories, or add new ones beyond the limited defaults. It's a bit clumsy in its navigation along with setting up maintenance cycles and adding new hours to log. Certainly a great idea, but seems unfinished like an alpha design. Still, it's better than any other app at present.

The app lacks a lot of service items and the ability to add your own. No bearings, brakes, ujoints, final drives. No spot for arrangement numbers for Cat equipment. It'll be helpful for having serial numbers in your pocket, but that's about it

Does not track tractor maintenance via HOURS. Instead, they give you the option of MILES or KILOMETERS - duh... I know no one in the United States that tracks/monitors their tractor maintenance using miles!!!! Hours is the only logical way to track equipment usage (not miles or months). Removing app and searching for a good one... BTW-'ONE WORD' can change everything... If the 'one word' was so minor then why haven't you made the 'minor' change to your app?

My husband has wanted an app EXACTLY like this one ever since he got his smart phone. He is the King Mechanic Fixer-of-Crap and when I found this app for him...well, I moved to the head of the I-love-you line! He can barely text and has no clue how to send or check his email but this app was user friendly to the point that he took to it like a duck to water. Just two days ago he finished putting ALL the equipment into in which for a corn-bean-large hog operation is a LOT but he's totally happy with this. He now has his maintenance schedule with all filters, oil of choice, frequently-broken-parts numbers, year, value, etc, ALL with him ALL the time. This will have paid for itself the next time he goes to Cat, Deere, or IH for parts because he would usually forget his handwritten list but he now keeps it all on his phone and specifically on this app. So far the battery hasn't been a problem for him because he uses the Note 3 (Samsung) SOOOO much that he keeps a charging cable with him at all times.
