About Trackio: Gym Workout Tracker
Trackio is a Workout Tracker and Gym Log with a simple and clean design, Simple tool to log and track your workouts and your weight easily.
If you search for an efficient well designed gym workout tracker app, for weight lifting and cardio exercises, this is the right app because it logs automatically the current date and time each time you start an exercise so you can compare your current exercise to the last time you completed it.
Trackio is a simple workout log developed for eliminating the need for papers, in order to make life easier while at the gym.
Gym Workout Tracker
- Pick a specific day through the calendar
- Enter A machine name and the number of series and repetitions and weight
- By hitting Add a new entry will be added to this specific exercise
- You can see your progress through a built-in Graph
- You will find all Workouts History in the history section
Cardio Exercises Log
- In Cardio Section also you can enter a specific date
- Then Write down the cardio exercise name
- Distance and Duration
- And Click Add Button
- For each Cardio exercise you will see a complete log
Weight Tracker
Trackio also offers a Weight Tracker and log to help you track you body evolution through a Weight Records and a Graph
Gym Timer
With Trackio you will not need a Timer or a chrono because it has a built-in Gym Timer.
Data Import/Export
- You can Export your data to your local device through the top menu easily
- And you can Import it through the same menu
