Trackmaster for Android
Very nice app
This was a great app, but does not appear to be supported anymore. The phone app actually still works fine on my phone....others results may vary. However, the website session storage and analysis is no longer functional and that was a key feature. I have moved on to MotorLap. Four stars because it was worth it while it was fully functional...now one or two stars probably is fair as long as the app still works on newer phones.
Used to be great. Just reinstalled on my new phone and ALL of the data I have collected for years is gone. I have no back-ups and have now lost my entire track history. The website is also broken. Shameful on the developer.
Just wanted to see lap times and couldn't figure it out.
Issue resolved.. Few glitches but works.
It should have more features, okay it's cheap, but it needs at least OBD support.
Needs to fix camera orientation in Nexus phones
This used to be a great product, but it hasn't been updated for years. It worked fine on an older Android phone, but on my latest phone (Galaxy Note 4), half of the videos it takes are corrupted. And of course, your best laps are always the ones with corrupted videos.
App works slow on my phone, can't see results in the program - only after exporting. Wrote to the author right after trying app about refund and did not get an answer.
The app seems to work well, but the website to review and analyze data seems broken and support hasn't responded to multiple requests for help. Think I'll try some other option...
Installes it twice now over the past 6 months. Now in almeria spain and out of 20 laps, not one was close to the time. Dont waste ur money on this app.
I was pleasantly surprised at how well this worked. You obviously wouldn't want to run a MotoGP team with it, but for a basic amateur trackday rider it gave consistent results and picked up the split markers well. I didn't have to use an external GPS, just put it under my bike seat, set it to go and it automatically started recording when I entered the track.
backend to sync sessions and timing was always flaky. now it has just completely stopped. app is now worthless. support doesn't reply. no refund, obviously, due to time elapsed. AVOID. AVOID. AVOID.
Should have read more reviews. Can't use for motocross. Useless for me. Racechrono is better.
I've used this for about 7 track days and most times it doesn't record your session for no reason. Or it doesn't trip the split markers and you get one big long lap. Frustrating that it can't do lap times reliably as that surely is the core feature. Also the syncing sessions with your track master account is super unreliable. I've persevered with this app hoping over time it'll get better but after today I'm sick of it.

This app crashes during track sessions in my car. I've tried it for a total of two track days with many sessions during each day and both times it has crashed after no more than 5 laps. It's worthless so do yourself a favor & spend your money elsewhere.
Doesn't store video on sd card like it says it is. Maxes out internal storage then shuts down. Now my phone is freezing up consistently.

I would like a refund please, cant believe i paid for this. Added splitmarkers with the app itself and alternatively with google earth but i get an error when i want to import the splitmarkers to create a session. Unusable
Allll calculations are wrong
Crashes a lot.
So far I have tried it on the Motorola backflip, Samsung galaxy s1, atrix 4g, HTC one x and the nexus 7. On the 7 it records a 20 minute session without crashing 70% of the time. On the other devices it either crashes won't lock satellites etc.
When it works, it's great. But this is not enterprise software. The included display templates are colored text on a grey background--impossible to see in a moving car in daylight. Look at the header image at the top of this page to see what I mean...seriously, green text on a grey background? Who can read that? The synching is problematic and simply doesn't always work. The array of features is impressive, but it's just annoying to get it to work reliably. Sometimes I'll get off the track and there will simply be no data recorded. I have found myself using the timer on my watch instead
Very good video and stats. Phone GPS is not the best, so get the external for better accuracy.
I used this app for a road course event. For $6, you get well more than you paid for. You could spend hundreds on lap timing hardware and not get as much out of it. This app is very easy to use and setup. If all you are looking for is lap times then this app is great, if you want more to help tune your finer points of racing, this app is great. There are still some kinks to be worked out, it did crash a few times while looking at data, but it never crashed while it was logging data on the course.
Useless on my SG S2.. :( 1) Keeps searching for satelites, even though phone says it's connectes. 2) Sync with online profile should be possible upon user request! I dont want to wait 6 hours and leave the wifi on! Went to Nurburgring and had to fall back on the free app RaceChrono.. which rocked!
Great app for the price, but don't count on the video recording to work. I have a samsung galaxy GS 2 which has been out for a long time. Despite ample time for bugs to be worked out, no video is recorded whatsoever.
Would have given 5 stars if someone from Trackmaster would answer my questions.
Prefer if sync was on demand. Otherwise awesome. I use external GPS GT-750F
Would not work off of data. Bought it for spa Francorchamps during europe trip and couldn't use it. refund possible please?
Awesome awesome awesome. Works great, this is as good as $1000 gps dashboards Could we get an on demand sync button? It would be very useful.
Excellent app when it works but will not recored on occasions and has crashed on occasions.
Always withing 0.250 seconds of my transponder time. Love the features.
Works perfectly!
It should have more features, okay it's cheap, but it needs at least OBD support.
This is a good app, but it's great if you buy a bluetooth gps to go with it. Not the apps fault, just cell phones have to low htz to be truly accurate. Once you link a Bluetooth receiver this is an amazing app for the price.
Not sure what to do. I need a lap timer/ mapping program.
I export my session as an Excel file. When I import into Racerender it says "unrecognized or unsupported file format" What the heck?? Edit: Video format. Gee, thanks. Options are "image", "excel", and "google earth". The excel file is the only one of those that seem like they would work with racerender2, but I exported all 3 types anyways and tried to add to racerender2. No success. Then read user guide, then wrote this comment. A thoughtful response goes a long way, especially when the detail required is not provided in user guide.

This app is almost totally dependent on the website to be up and running. And it's not. From the forum on the developers site it looks like the app is no longer supported (and therefore useless - your data is lost)
