Zoom is very good offline, it saved me from getting lost without phone data roaming. Map is available while phone is in flight mode and GPS is on.

On my HTC M7 when I try to start the app it's crashing (unfortunately zoom has stop) this is the message I get .

4 stars. Good app.. not able to replace my google maps in cyprus however. Still handy... I can locate nearby petrol stations with ease... something cyprus dont have nearly enough of.... my request for this app would be more capability in identifying country specific landmarks and bussinesses... I.e. get a result if I type in fig tree bay or athallasa park for example, or even a certain store in cyprus... google maps has physical adress location services pretty covered.

Selected option to avoid unpaved roads and it still wanted to send me over the hills and far away. The roads it chose as being the fastest route are in such poor condition that even I struggle in a 4x4, I hate to think how a tourist would manage in a little hire car.
