The App will have direct links to the V8 Ute Results, live racing through Fox Sports, Driver Profiles, News and Social Media channels. You not only find your friends through the Track Buddy GPS function but you can also instant message with them and you can also receive alerts for all V8 Ute sessions including driver signings on and off the track.

You can easily identify all the important locations around the track with your GPS feature and static maps. Locate Grandstands, Atm's, Toilets, Bars, Passovers, Merchandise & Entry Points. 

Adding new friends is made easy by tagging them through your Facebook log in. If you are a volunteer, marshal, media representative or just enjoying the race Australian V8 Utes, Track Buddy is the perfect tool

Category Manager Bill West recently spoke about this new venture. “We are looking forward to launching the App, we believe the new GPS system is a great application and will be very helpful for our sponsors and fans alike to find us at the track and also keep up to date with when we are on track,” said West.

In 2015, all V8 Ute practice, qualifying sessions and races will be broadcast live across a combination of the Fox Sports and TEN platforms, with digital coverage through Foxtel Go. International coverage has been extended to include over 40 countries. The series will feature 24 races over 8 rounds, all on the V8 Supercar calendar.
