I got all the way. Said transfer was complete. All my messages and calls transfered. But I still can't call or text anyone from the phone I transfered to. both total wireless phones. ZTE to Alcatel. ????

after downloading on new phone the app kept 'stopping' as soon as I opened it. Then, it wouldn't scan the qr code... useless...

Numerous flaws make it unusable for MMS backup/restore. Incoming MMS appear in a separate thread from Outgoing MMS. Incoming MMS also appear with both the sender & receiving contact info. "Advanced Messaging" / RCS not restored. Group SMS created separate threads for each recipient. "Rejected Calls" call log not restored. Used with both a Samsung Galaxy Note 4 & Samsung Galaxy S3.

The tracfone version of this app failed. But this worked pretty well. Only gripe is that the app does not inform you that it is working to import data. Rather it uses a notification msg which I didn't see at first and I kept trying to hit the (greyed out) next button.
