Called TracFone several times and they can't fix it. Terrible app. TracFone needs to fix this app or get rid of it. Update - after complaining about this app, TracFone contacted me. They were able to fix the problem, so I changed the 1 star rating to 5 stars because it works now. Thanks TracFone.

Once installed, I can still not make international calls. It simply says "pin not found" when dialing one. No reference anywhere to a PIN anywhere else. Completely non-functional, do not waste your time.

This app is totally worthless. I can't make any calls using it. It worked for me for a while then quit. I can't get any help from tracfone to resolve it either.

This app has NEVER WORKED. I call Australia regularly using Google Voice and thought I would go direct with this instead. If an app of this type is to be developed at least do so it works.

Doesn't work at all for Samsung S7. Called tracfone and no one is able to help. They keep redirecting me and passing on the buck. Tried calling, chat, email and no help. Worthless app and service.

We have been using international calling for years, now we have been blocked and are forced to get the Global calling card and this app. I have been dealing with there tech. department for 5 days now and still no help. In my opinion this is the worst and tracfone doesn't care.

$10 Global International Calling Card Does NOT Work ! Do NOT Buy, its a Rip-Off ! Read all negative reviews, many other users say the same thing ! Functioned back in 2015 but not now for same # called from USA to VN. All i ever hear is a rapid beep tone, no connection, no matter which of two methods Tracfone says to use ! They cannot resolve the issue after being on the fone with them all day ! I will get my money back from Tracfone even if i have to call my bank to reverse charges ! Boo hiss to Tracfone, you are crooked trying to steal our money ! Tracfone will lose my business ! For a better free experience, although not perfect audio, use Viber to place calls internationally ! Its better than nothing or trashy Tracfone !

Really a waste of money. 9 times out of 10 it doesn't connect or it dials the wrong number. Better spend your money on Skype or some other international call service. Update - been using two mtonths, well they got my 10 dollars . Usually doesn't work. 1 in 10 times it works. If i dial same number with Skype it works, but not tracfone. I have the current version installed. Not old version. Asked for money back, what's the chance?? Uninstalling. Going to rebtel.tracfone deleted 100 minutes duo to review

It just doesn't work. What more can I say? Don't waste your time and money. Always read the reviews before you get something here because apparently they sell things that just don't work and leave it to buyers to let each other know whether or not it works. This one doesn't. There you go.
