Yep, this works and makes my total wireless phone usable. You can select numbers from contacts or the call logs and the dialler intercepts and inserts the gateway number fairly smoothly It is a bit clunky and you have to manage your contacts phone numbers carefully but the dialler picks up 011 calls and 'international 1' calls such as Canada. This has saved me going to Verizon and therefore 'mucha plata' (as they say)!

the chatting window is a joke. I had to keep sending empty msg in order to read the msg from the customer service because the banner "powered by xxx" covered the last text window. now the real thing: 1) the sound quality is poor; 2) you need to make sure if this app is running, otherwise, your call won't go thru.
