Unable to use app to activate phone .lost $35 in the app

Functions pretty well, but it's a hybrid app and does not have the Android material design with a nicer look & feel.

I like the service. Can get service in places other people cant.

App will not work keeps saying insecure internet even though on 4g with security enabled

Does not recognize device! Can not get data usage info. The only feature that has constantly worked is the add air time.

I'm needing to get my phone set up by today and everything I try it say that there was a problem, please try again. So far, I'm regretting going with this phone plan. Just very stressful when it shouldn't be.

This app came in handy for setting up service but is practically worthless for managing one's account. I can never get usage details to show anything and so have to text to get my balance.

I completely agree with those who have dissed the capability of this application. It is terrible and the website off the computer is not any better. The problem I experienced one month ago on the site while looking for an account summary has not been fixed. While the technical gentleman I spoke to at total Wireless was nice, he was ineffective in rendering any sort of solution. You get a grade of "F"

The old version worked perfectly and showed data used accurately. No issues with my Pixel 2 XL. This new version doesn't work with my phone now. There was a recent update and overhaul of the app and now it causes issues with my Pixel 2 XL phone. Any time I get a phone call now an error message pops up saying "My Account Has Stopped". The only way to get rid of this error is to uninstall the app. No app means I can't check data usage. Had to uninstall the app and if this glitch continues, will likely just switch my service back to Verizon.

Can never check the balance frusating website and the app. Have to text every time to check balance on data. The app functions just keep going in circles and never get processed.

the balance is not accurate. the shows i've used all my data in 2 days, but if you login to their website, it shows i have 18GB left. its been 5 days now since my service date and still shows i dont have data available yet. yet my phone data is still working because i still have 17GB left. its confusing.

This app is absolutely worthless. It does not perform any function other than to frustrate the customer. The service is fine. The app and website are horrible... the customer service is the worst I have ever experienced and I don't think I will ever experience anything worse for the rest of my life. This app is totally useless...

Update sucks, not at all streamlined like previous version, if it ain't broke don't fix it!

Like the update to the app design, but hate that you took the widget away, I loved having that on my home screen . Please bring that back!!!

Wow. They lost the widget which was the only thing I used then when you use the email address below it's a deactivated account. What horrible support!!!

The stupidest assbackwards app

Worked for 1 month. Will not update to current month. Can't track or add data.

Used to be good, but now I can't even refill my service

If you're moving to them, be prepared to spend a few days learning how to program your own APN via a root kernal debugger but via an ADK you can find on GitHub. Don't know what any of that is/means? Then don't bother switching to total wireless.

Great customer service from Vergel! Also the phone works great! Coming from Verizon and saving $64 a month with Total wireless. So far nothing to complain about.

App keeps logging me out. States no account associated with this phone. Ridiculous

It doesn't work anymore. That only makes it slightly worse than when it did work. They tried to update the GUI, but failed.

Only problem is Addon data went from 4.7 (that's correct) to 17 today. I did not puchase any Addon.. Has done this numerous times

Whenever I purchase a data add-on plan, it erases whatever data I still had left on my monthly service plan. I contacted tech support, and they basically told me to go fly a kite. Very frustrating, and this has happened several times. The app has a very poor interface for data allotment, often times reporting that I have "negative data" left on my plan. I am looking for another service provider who can make a decent app that doesn't steal from it's customers.

Data usage isn't reported correctly. Can't view usage for individual phones and it doesn't reset the total usage at the end of the month when you renew your plan (it just keeps adding on to the total from the previous month). But if you view your balance from within your account on their website, the data usage is correctly reported there.

Useless app. Scripted and difficult to understand technical phone support. Several instances of phone/text not working despite 4 bars. That being said, great price and I hope things improve

I do not understand the negative reviews. I have had TW for several months and have never had a problem. It works great on the Verizon network. So glad I switched to TW. Saves me money from being on Verizon before. The new app update is so much better. The info is much clearer and more detailed than previous app. Great job developers. Wish people would stop being so negative...learn how to run the app before you trash it. Its great.

Unable to view data balance. Customer support says this is normal... why advertise that you can?

It's a great update. But the data counter is not resetting for the new month.. Please FIX IT!! Thanks for the update but the data counter is still not showing the correct amount! PLEASE FIX IT!!!

Most app I've ever seen. Can't even check my remaining data.
