Straight Talk My Account

I have been here for over 5 years and it won't even let me access my phone internet data even hours after the $50 card is entered. After the $1.65 fee and the taxes, that $45 a month unlimited plan now becomes a $50 card and even after adding your card, you still can never access anything unless on wifi. And if your phone doesn't work, they have to contact Verizon instead because it's not their actual internet, phone, data, and so forth. I WILL NEVER REFER STRAIGHT TALK TO ANYONE EVER AND I MEAN EVER IN MY LIFE!!!!!!!!

Secretly turnes off your wifi to use more data. I found out from my phone wifi advance settings saying it turned off my wifi. It doesn't just turn off wifi while connected. If u leave a wifi zone it literally toggles wifi off so you have to turn wifi back on when you get home or a coffee shop.

Practically useless, since most of the features require a user account. So I try creating a user account which ask's for a "security PIN", so then went to their website to chat with tech support since I dont have a security PIN n get a message back saying all their tech support is busy and that my wait time is 10 minutes. I then try logging in with Facebook n get an error message saying I have already agreed n gave permission to login with Facebook, then when I click ok in the error message window the error message closes and it goes right back to the login screen.

Poor service, phone currently hacked can't release.Tried to chat with you but while you came through I was unable to get a keyboard. Keyboard frequently malfunctions automatically filling screen with unreadable nonsense. LG makes pretty good product. Conclude malfunctions are Straight Talk.

I can never log in to my account? it's not just the app either, the website tells me the username or password are wrong even when I just changed it. I'd give it 0 stars if I could. only not uninstalling it on the off chance it decides to start working so I can update my account.

It sucks. It has one purpose, to manage my ST account, and it doesn't do that. It didn't recognize my password or my email. When I tried to create another account and set up my security questions, it told me that they was wrong. I hadn't even programed the answers yet so how could they be wrong? Frustrating waste of an app. Uninstalled. If I have to go to the website why bother with a pointless app?

When it works it is great. When i try to Log-In it refuses to log me in. It always say wrong email or password. But i know for a fact that i type everything in right and it is very frustrating. Straight talk please fix this problem

This app is more trouble than it is worth. I can login and later that day try to login again and it says wrong password which I know it isn't because I just used it earlier. I enter forgot my password and enter my email and never get a email. This could be a very useful app. It also has other problems. I will remove it from my phone.

Straight talk was a good service till lately and now it does not work right.sure wish it run like it use to now they say 8gb when 4gb want pick up. What is really wrong? Please fix our fast speed internet like you say it will run.

I've been using this service for years now and It's continually improving for the better.(Thumbs up for that 10gplan) HOWEVER, this app is STILL a pain. I literally have to install, then add a plan or use my reserve then uninstall which takes up precious data and is super annoying. If it didn't toggle my wifi and interfere with performance I'd keep it installed. I still cannot log in with Facebook either.

When it works, it's nice to see where I'm at on data but over half the time I get "something went wrong" or some other frustrating message. Come on straight talk, issues like this make being in a contract seem not so bad. Step it up.

Straight talk sucks! Cannot sign in on website or app! Service is spotty at best. And if you buy a phone from straight talk YOU CANNOT UPDATE OPERATING SYSTEM!! This causes your phone to be incompatible with apps in google play store. Worthless, absolutely worthless, going back to Verizon.

This app horrid. The customer service is horrid! The auto fill is of the best, they always get their money. The customer service is from another country! Once it's the Philippines, next a country in South America.. They MAY RESPOND and you are switched to another person you cant understand. Never fixing the problem and they DO NOT care!, and rude.Of course you have no other Options! If you look at the responses from ST they have the same responses! Scroll and see.

App is ok but, the customer service and reliability is horrible. When you run out of highspeed data they say it runs at 2g speeds. That's not true my galaxy s5 runs slower than my galaxy s3. Getting a new phone was a complete waste of money. Go to Verizon and get your money's worth.

I've tried several times to log in, having trouble with my password. I request a reset and each time I get a message that they have sent a password to my email, but nothing ever comes I tried to get help by texting, but end up with the same problem

I hate this app it keeps turning on my wifi and killing my battery. Not to mention I got ripped off a month of air time because of the way the app is horribly made. Not to mention worse phone service in history soon as my time runs out I'm going back to Verizon at least I can get good signal and reliable service with them!!!!!!

You really don't want to Know. I think it's fckd up you can invalid privacy. Sync up with retards is not good . You should have to be a contract holder and anyobe sync should be signed too. It's a shame good people getting took and robbed by the sync option

It won't let me manage my devices. It has my old phone at the top of the dashboard and won't let add my new device. Tried both the Sim and the serial number and niether one works. Basically this app is completely useless. Junk....

I've had service with straight talk for the last 4 days. Great service. Fast, no problems. The my account app, on the other hand, is useless. It doesn't show how much bandwidth I've used so far. I have to go to the Web to check it. I'll be deleting the app.

my data stops working 30 miles from home. Used to work ok. But now I can only log in or internet use from home. Straight talk has a service area issue.

Conceptually, the app's great. Unfortunately, even though my phone is connected to my account and shows in the app, I receive an "invalid response " error message whenever trying to check my data usage. The app works perfectly for the second phone on the account.

Won't install 504 errors! Emailed the customer service link and they called and left a voicemail about not supporting third party apps????????? Downloads, won't install!!!!! 504 ERROR

More convenient than dealing with their customer service just to refill minutes. My favorite feature is "Add airtime for a friend"!! This comes in handy for our children, (of all ages, lol) and if you happen to have significant other, all phones could be refilled right from this app! Sweet! Thanks Straighttalk!

Don't use this app to monitor your data usage because it is not accurate. I am deleting this useless app and straight talk is losing a customer because of it.

DO NOT USE!!!.. I purchased a starter kit yesterday and it worked for oh... a few minutes.. and then it completely cut off my service. I tried to call the customer service line which took me 50 minutes to actually get a "live tech" who couldn't for the life of them help me out. After 2 hours on the phone with this outsourced person from who knows where, she told me to reboot my phone and then dial *73 to "fix my issue" which of course it didn't and on top of it she hung up on me without resolving my issue. She knew absolutely nothing of how to help me, a total joke!! I'm livid with their customer service. That customer service line as well as their "talk to a live agent" features are a complete waste of time, money and resources just like their app.. I was hoping this would go well so I could be a long time customer.. but forget that! Shame on you straight talk for this horrible gimic. Don't waste your time. No unlimited anything, but at least you guys got my money, right straight talk?!

It allowed me to add airtime but that is about it and that was after having to try multiple times to get logged in. I can't really use any other features as I always receive a response error or response failed message

App is so much easier then calling to add time to your account. The only problem is that it's always being flagged as a high power usage app so I have to make sure I kill it after I'm done using it

If you have this service I feel sorry for you. I just signed up for $45 unlimited plan, it is a bunch of garbage I switched over from Verizon a big mistake the data is slow slow slow even with 4G!!!

Phone reset to factory settings wheb it was off i didnt hit the reset button have had 12 phones in 2 years because of bad phones and customer service is rated a 0 on my scale because of it i wont recommend these phones to anyine else they want to waste there money ever month i would rate zero star but it doesn't have one on here

Total crap, "redesign" made it impossible to use. Now it won't let you see data used, it just shows sign up or login, my number isn't tied to an account so now I can't check data usage straight talk.

Been using you guys for a while, since my first job flipping burgers. I am glad to see you have improved and your customer service is more excellent than before. Just got a new phone and had to call to get something straight, the rep was very helpful! Thanks straighttalk!

Absolutely worthless! Information never comes up, always get " Straight talk has stopped working." I'll never believe the 4 star rating is accurate. All after latest update. Junk!!

I enjoy straight talk and WiFi but phone I was mailed will not let me download but 2apps gets really really hot and have keep touching app I trying to pull up before ITT even show then clicks to menu

It was good till it started crashing every 5 mins please fix it I only install it when I need to add time. I'm sick of it saying it crashed

Keeps freezing telling me my service expired August 2016 except it should be expiring in about 10 days and o cant get into it also my data never works piece of garbage

Wont let me log in even though i use the proper email and password very frustrated not to be able to access my account cant even access my voice mail either tech support wasnt any help either

Absolutely love straight talk. I had Verizon wireless for 10+ yrs and got messed up. Then I went to straight talk the app and service is amazing... Thank you Straight talk.

Love this app makes buying airtime and refilling so easy. Now I don't have to go to walmart anymore or weight for my phone service to end to refill it! Also love straight talk I've been with them for at LEAST 5 years and never going back to those scammers at other services again (Verizon, sprint, etc) plus the service coverage area is way better. (Most carriers didn't have service at my house!)

I think trac phone was the worst mistake. Straight talk before you bought Trac was the best, now it is the worst service.
