App is Broken I just payed my bill a couple days ago I have the unlimited talk & text with 4GB LTE Data when I try to track how much Data I've used it says 27344.19 GB used the I still have service & Data I just don't know how much I've used because it's saying 27344.19GB which is impossible I barely ever even use the 4GB in a month cause I usually have access to WiFi App actually worked ok up until this week

This app is useless. Don't make auto re up even you have 5 days 10 days remaining day it starts right away so you loose remaining days

I paid my phone bill online. This app didn't work..then when I opened app to check it tells me my account is inactive, and my is phone is already on and working!

My data does not work I am going to metro pcs soon this phone is is a mess and it was 50$i am done

Got a plan from SIMPLE MOBILE it took me a while to get it working on my s4 I got the plan for 4G LTE but all I get is a E very slow! ?? Also phone calls and service are not even satisfied barley get any bars anywhere !!! Recommend NOT TO GET IT I REPEAT NOT TO BUY THIS SERVICE !! P.S I WANT MY MONEY BACK !!!!! WITCH I KNOW AM NOT GOING GET BACK !!

App needs a lot of work! Nothing on it works. App still doesn't work and it's much worse since the update.

App does not work. Email for developer is not a valid Email.I have uninstalled,cleaned cache as well the data update circle just spins!!Seems Nougat broke it.

For some odd reason, the app no longer shows the data usage info and when I go into the data info page the app hangs. Have reinstalled with no change.
